Today, my wife and son bought some Hakuryu Nigori👍 at a nearby Aeon. Thanks for telling me that you saw Hakuryu nigori sake with a warning sign on it so you bought it for me ❣️ I've been drinking beer and shochu on the days we don't have sake at home, but it doesn't suit my constitution or something 😅I wake up at least 3 times during the night and rush to the bathroom 🤔❓I'm still not sure if it's the amount of sake I drink or the fact that it's alcoholic or not 🤔❓ Well then, open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is lactic acid with a hint of alcohol. The taste is also lactic acidic with a strong carbonation 👍It has 18% alcohol by volume so if I finish it, I will get very drunk 🤣. I'd recommend it more as a standalone drink than as a food drink 😆.

A refreshing, light and dry nigori sake. It's been a while since I've had a Shiryu from Niigata, but I get the impression that they make a good value for money Ginjo-shu. Chilled tofu with "leek and ginger", which I got because I was curious about it from Supoyo's post.

Sangu is the first time in about 2 years of sales. It has a solid body with the power of Aizan, but it feels lighter than the last time I drank it. It also seems a little sweeter... Nabari City, Mie Prefecture. Sawa Sake Brewing Company. Sangu Special Junmai Sake Tsukiyomi Sangu" which seems not to be drinkable any more. It was too good to drink, but I opened the bottle because I thought it was better to drink it before it got twitchy. We drank it cold. The first aroma is mild, citrusy, and alkali aroma. The color is clear with a slight yellow tinge. The taste starts with a slightly sharp acidity, and the nose is filled with a fluffy, mature aroma and a gradually swelling umami flavor. A slightly bitter taste lingers on the tongue and is slightly spicy. Maybe not my favorite... I think it is suitable for warming, so I tried heating it up. First trip to Nobee Yokocho this season! When heated, the acidity mellows out, the sweetness spreads as if the entire tongue is coated, the umami is more easily felt, and the acidity is calmed down. It is best when heated from about 50℃ and cooled down to lukewarm or lukewarm. I tried it when pyonpyon told me that heating it up softens the edginess, and it was perfect 😉. Today, I went to Kanagawa Prefecture to get this one that I have been wanting to drink for a long time...fresh aroma, polished to 55% rice polishing ratio....sweet and bitter on the palate...quite bitter, but what is it? Smells like muscat with a sour smell. Sour and sweet, gentle juicy to strong sweet taste. Good wood and yeast flavors that appear along the way. It is like a sweet Shinsei. It goes well with cheese. It is not so sweet that you can't finish your drink, but it is not sweeter than chocolate or potato kenpi. Delicious. Matsumidori: More than expected! Koji rice is Okayama Yamadanishiki, Kake rice is Nagano Miyamanishiki, and the sake is brewed with No. 7 yeast at low temperature fermentation 🍶...the taste...mellow sweet and delicious 😋♪ Excellent balance of sweetness and acidity It's a great balance of sweetness and sourness! At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series. This is the best part of the tasting event😋. Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting. I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before. Personally, I prefer the sweet red.

I usually don't drink that much 🍷 and 🍶 a little vacation. I only drink Nouveau 🍷 at a small wine specialty shop owned by the owner, who has experience as the best sommelier in Japan every year. (I told him that I actually like Sake and he said that he only drinks Obuse Sogape and one other sake brewery for everyday drinking...I'm curious...wait a minute...he came from the back and brought me this! I'm sorry, I don't know this brewery...but they have hiyaoroshi and yamahai. So he shared his favorite hiyaoroshi with me! It's easy to drink, has a nice mouthfeel, and is dry with a nice flavor and sharpness. It's also delicious and reminds me of a white wine! The Nouveau chosen by the owner this year was expensive... but he said he had no choice because of the weak yen and the international situation.
