I bought it after tasting it at Hankyu Department Store. I've said it many times, but it's called "Takarayama" 😅. I'll say it again and again😅. It has a heavy mouthfeel for a fire-brewed sake, but I wonder if it's a raw sake? I got the impression that it was wrapped in a gentle sweetness from start to finish. It also has a lot of acidity. It tastes better than when I tasted it.

I bought this sake to try a sake from Shinshu, a region I was not familiar with. After purchasing it, I checked the label on the back to see what the specs were. ⁉️...no label. It looks like it was removed 😅. Takizawa is a mysterious sake. It had a clear sweetness with a strong rice flavor and a nice aroma 😆.

Brewery Limited ✨️ brought in by a regular customer GOTCHISO-SAMATSU I just had Yaezakura the other day, so it was easy to compare: ☺️ It's a bit peculiar after all! But I'm lucky🍀🍀 to be able to drink this rare limited edition sake.

Next was the Ryusen Yaezakura Junmai Sake Takumi no Omachi. Compared to the Yamada-Nishiki we drank earlier, the taste is a little more robust. The aroma is almost imperceptible, but the sweetness and umami of the flavor is stronger than that of Yamadanishiki. I was full of anticipation, wondering what this sake, which won first place in the Governor's Award, would taste like! I went to the brewery and asked them about it, and they told me that they will start selling it next week. I am looking forward to it! It was delicious! (^o^) P.S. Halcyon looks just like poor grass, or so I found when I looked it up. Peach, lactic acid, wood, fresh smell. It has a light peachiness, a refreshing, yet tight acidity, a taste of rice, astringency, and finally a spiciness that spreads rapidly. It is delicious, but the price is too high. It is a good food sake, but the price is too high. It is too good to drink with chilled tofu. I like it. When I ate it with food, the spiciness I felt when drinking it alone was converted into umami, and the subtle sweetness and umami made me want to eat more. When I ate it with fish, I enjoyed the umami and savory taste. It is delicious. The smell gets stronger as the temperature rises. The second day. Juicy. Grape-like.

🐟 This is the first ayu we tasted at the ski lodge. It was refreshing and sweet, and was a nice palate cleanser when drunk in the middle of a meal. It's a shame that I could only drink one cup of it. The label is cute too 🐟
