Drank it after the event at this store's corner 😁.
It has a gassy, slightly sweet and slightly dry taste, and it tastes fresh even though it looks like it's been in the brewery for about 5 months.
After about 3 days, it gets a little sweeter and softer and tastes great 😋.
After a few more days, the sweetness disappears and it tastes a little spicy.
The alcohol content is high at 17 degrees.
However, it is an ice-aged sake.
When you sip it, you can feel the corners have been removed. The taste is a little tangy.
It was delicious!

I tasted it cold at first, and then warmed it up to lukewarm. I decided on this bottle immediately.
The alcohol content is a bit high at 17%. It is 100% Yamadanishiki.
My husband only drinks it cold, so he would be surprised if I told him I drank it warmed. (Until about half a year ago, I only drank junmai daiginjo cold. My sake world has become richer in my opinion).
Lukewarm heating is the best.
Since my meal was junk and I had beer with it, this is my after-dinner drink today. The snack was salted boiled Niigata green soybeans!
