I've had Aizu Ryugasawa before, but this is my first Eikawa.
The initial aroma is pear-like. When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness like green apple. Not too sweet and dry, like a cider.

There is sake in Tohoku. The owner of Aji Sodara Okachimachi in Izu, whose parents are from Fukushima, also has sake from Fukushima. The quality of Fukushima sake goes without saying. From the sweet aroma, the taste is less sweet and full-bodied.
