Myokayama is my first time. I bought it with Yume brew. The impression is that the acidity is strong at first. The rice is sweet and fresh. It has a little bit of cemedine. I would like to drink it with nabe (hot pot) or strong dishes. I did some research on this brewery and found out that it is owned by Oizumi, a pachislot-related company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It seems that Oizumi has a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and they serve sake there. It seems to have lost its cemedine taste and become sweeter than when I first opened it.

This sake was given to us by a visitor to Kobayashi Sake Brewery in Niigata, which is famous for its signature Akita dog. It is slightly sweet and has a subtle rice flavor, and although it was made in December 2010, it does not have an aged feel and is refreshing and easy to drink.
