The same mild aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and moderate sweetness spreads with a little acidity, and finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness and a little alcohol spiciness. Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good for accompanying a meal, but it may be too smooth as a stand-alone sake. The taste may have changed since the one I bought from a brewery in Ehime this time last year came out of the fridge. It went well with spicy grilled minos and Umaibo shrimp mayonnaise flavor.

I've never seen this brand before. It's mostly consumed in Niigata Prefecture, so it's not sold outside the prefecture. I was lucky enough to drink it 😄. It's chilled but very juicy, and it's a true trendy combination of sweetness and refreshment. I drank it at the end of a drinking party, so there wasn't much left of the knob, but it's a very powerful drink that works well on its own. I'd really like to taste it at home, so if I find it somewhere else, I'll definitely buy it 😙. But I drank too much yesterday 😨

After suffering tremendous damage from the torrential rains in western Japan in 2018, the brewery decided to revive itself with the support of local people, fellow members of the sake brewers association, and volunteers. The brewery has recovered through crowdfunding and other means, and this one is also not to be found in the Kansai region. Junmai ◉ Junmai The aroma is a bit peculiar. It may be an off-flavor. The flavor is firm and a bit nutty. They say it is recommended to be heated. Junmai Ginjo Not too much sweetness and umami, but a mild acidity.
