I bought it after tasting it at Hankyu Department Store. I've said it many times, but it's called "Takarayama" 😅. I'll say it again and again😅. It has a heavy mouthfeel for a fire-brewed sake, but I wonder if it's a raw sake? I got the impression that it was wrapped in a gentle sweetness from start to finish. It also has a lot of acidity. It tastes better than when I tasted it.

I bought it because a liquor store in my neighborhood started handling Tajima. I was surprised at how fruity it was. It is fresh, moderately sweet, and delicious. It is a more modern sake than I expected. After drinking this after the first time, it feels more like a sake 🤔.

For some reason it was on special sale at a local supermarket😅. Junmai Ginjo, 60% polished rice ratio, under 1000 yen without tax... too good deal... I'll take it at room temperature 🍶. It's too good to be true! It's very rich! Rice swelling is very nice 🙆 The lingering aftertaste that gently fades away 😄 Even with strong dishes, it doesn't lose at all. Eggplant dengaku looks good 🍆.

I used to be a big fan of cold sake, but now the allure of room temperature sake is irresistible😍. I have always liked Takumi, but I thought it had a slightly off-flavored aroma...more like a smell. The last of the Ohigan parties was the first Kamizenjosui in a long time. I had an image of a more Showa-esque sake, but to my surprise, it really looked like water. I bought this sake to try a sake from Shinshu, a region I was not familiar with. After purchasing it, I checked the label on the back to see what the specs were. ⁉️...no label. It looks like it was removed 😅. Takizawa is a mysterious sake. It had a clear sweetness with a strong rice flavor and a nice aroma 😆.
