Waetsu seems to be a limited edition sake for restaurants!
To be honest, I couldn't tell the difference from the one I had just before, but it was as refreshing and easy to drink as ever! It was not too fruity-sweet compared to Sengoku or other sake, but really refreshing with a good depth of sake flavor.
