I visited with a customer from Hokuriku.
To compete with them with seafood,
We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki.
We consulted with them in advance and asked them to secure it for us at the market.
We had them as sashimi.
It was like a smaller horseshoe crab.
They were very pleased 😁.

For a moment, I thought it would be dry. I thought it was dry,
I felt sweetness. The freshness goes well with sashimi.
The shrimp was served in miso soup later 🎉.
