When Danna stopped by Yamaya at the end of the day, the salesman from Daiichi Sake Brewery was selling the sake in the store.
A sales person from Daiichi Sake Brewery was selling it in the store.
I asked him, "Do you have any nigori sake?"
I asked him.
He said, "Yes, we have it at the brewery.
So I got his business card and went straight to the brewery 🚙💨.
There was this active nigori and a low-alcoholic light pink nigori.
Now it's time to open the bottle ✨🥂✨.
The bottle opened without a hitch, probably due to the fact that it was chilled to a crisp.
We started with the supernatant.
After the sweet taste, the sourness rushes in at once and the bitterness refreshes ❣️.
The bitterness refreshes the palate.
After mixing the cage (it took me a long time to do it manually)
Aroma of lactic acidity
Tingling and sizzling in the dark sweet acidity🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧.
