I bought this at AEON Liquor when I went to AEON Katsuragawa with a friend. I was looking for something unusual for the parking fee 😁. I've had Fudo before, but this is the first time I've had Niiyu. It has a honey-like aroma. The flavor is beautiful and gorgeous, but it's a bit too refreshing for an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. I would like a little more umami... I think it has a lot of rice flavor 🤔.

Good evening, first series here 💁 from Niiyu. Also known as Fudo Toi brand, this is a test brew of Niiyu's frog series 🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸 Rice is undisclosed🍶. As usual, from the aroma, there is a slight melon ginjo aroma, and the taste is like drinking sweet, fresh melon juice 🍈 There is not much acidity or fizz, so it has a fruit juice feel. The second half is delicious with a solid volume from the alcohol 😋.

The third drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Gizaemon Natsu-damon, which I had during a break in the drinking Shinsei. This is another summer sake from my favorite Mie sake that I was very curious about. The aroma is not so strong. It has an energetic taste with a tingling sensation when you put it in your mouth. It was a very tasty sake with a good balance of refreshing sweetness and bitterness ✨.

Suehiro Shuzo's Genzai. They also won a gold medal at the New Sake Competition for their Genzai daiginjo, but this is not that award-winning sake, but an affordable special junmai. It starts off with a piquant and refreshing sweet and sour taste! The taste is powerful with a strong sense of presence, but the alcohol content of 15 degrees makes it easy to drink and enjoy 👌. We are looking forward to adding this sake to our lineup next year and beyond 😊.

Sake brewed at Suehiro Shuzo's Kaei warehouse. When I hear the name "Genzai," I think of the daiginjo that was entered in the sake competition. I hesitate to buy it because it is a bit expensive, but this special junmai sake (nama-shu, hi-iru) is reasonably priced and easy to pick up. I am looking forward to the next year, when there will be more varieties of sake. As for the sake, the aroma is like apples. When I drank it, I smelled cemedine😅. The sake is fresh and has a tangy, gaseous taste. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong. I thought maybe I don't like cemedine, but I drank more than half of it in no time and regretted it. It is easy to drink. The second day, the cemedine is also good. If this is the case, it's a special pure Cemedine.

They use a yeast called "Kyo no Koto" which was jointly developed by Sasaki Shuzo and the Kyoto City Institute of Industrial Technology. If that's the case, why don't they write it on the label? It's quite floral, but banana-like. At the end, the sourness kills it. So far, I don't think I've had a bad bottle of Fuoh.

Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (¡Ω) Very yellow. Delicious and mellow as expected! Although from the Fushimi brewery, this sake would definitely be better suited to those who prefer San-in sake! After drinking Shikishima about a month ago, I became interested in Fukumochi Sake Brewery (Tenga Nishiki) who helped me with Shikishima Sake Brewery! I looked up where they sold it and was surprised to find a special distributor near me 😲. I ended up buying three different kinds! It's like a muscat with a standing aroma! The first sip gives the impression of being rich, but the mouthfeel is clear. I didn't taste much sweetness. The rich taste is followed by the umami of the rice, which is also heavy and robust. There is a slight alcohol aftertaste. The bitterness is also moderate~! If I have a chance, I'd like to try the raw sake.

This is my first time drinking Tenka Nishiki ✨This is delicious 😋It has a gentle sweetness, a good amount of gas, a moderate aroma, a subtle bitterness in the second half, and a nice sharpness👍.
