The main brand was "Echino Hakusetsu," but it appears that "Yahiko" will be the main brand from now on.
This Junmai Ginjo is also made from Yamadanishiki produced in Yahiko Village, and is a good sake, not fruity, but calm and soft.
Yahiko Village is where my mother is from, and I spent a lot of time there as a child when I was sent to my mother's home, so it is like a second home to me.
