A local sake from Futtsu, Chiba... A faint fruity aroma... A sweet bitterness with a strong bitterness typical of local sake! The flavor of the rice soaks in... Purchased at the Chiba Prefecture Antenna Shop, which was open for a limited time at Hankyu Umeda Station. I had drunk Seisen from the same brewery in the past and was not fond of hiyaoroshi, but I was impressed with it. The first aroma was already gorgeous. It is sweet and a little tangy on the palate. The second half is a little spicy. It was more delicious than I had imagined. Overall, I'd say it's fruity and dry.

The price is too good to be true, so it is understandable that it is sold out. Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku This one was tasted at room temperature, not chilled. I've heard that if you chill it too much, it becomes too crisp and blurred in flavor. The acidity is refreshing and not too dry. Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki The nose is sweet from the first whiff. I prefer Sou-no-Mai or Omachi, which are more sweet and tasty. Takeoka Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Fruity, rich, sweet and delicious. I like this one, but it's not my favorite type. This is my favorite type, but it is a bit on the pricey side. I hear there are no places to buy it in the Kansai region. It is only available at product exhibitions, product centers, and antenna stores.

This was my first Koganezawa, a gift from someone. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Gohyakumangoku, so I had an image that it was quite refreshing, but it tasted just as it should. But it also has a strong umami of rice and is easy to drink without any peculiarities 😆 It is easy to pair with meals and I was off in no time 🤣. It was easy to match with meals and we finished it in no time 🤣.

This is Asahi Kiku Arahashiri, a Fukuoka souvenir 🍶. It's in a nice looking bottle, but it seems that during the new sake season, Fukuoka's sake is often served in these stoppered bottles. I thought it was nice because it can be corked tightly so it is easy to reuse. The initial aroma is slightly sweet, like cooked rice. In the mouth, it has a mild sweet flavor with a slight astringency. It finishes with a slight bitterness. The astringency was a bit strong, but the sake was delicious with a calm and full flavor typical of Asahi Kiku ✨.

Kansai Salmon Roe Bring and Share Year-End Party⑰. We said goodbye to Pon-chan, Kyuzo, Usagoten, Yasube, and Kaorin, and went to the second party. We met up with Mr. Sakeran at Nishinakajima-minamikata station and had a videophone call with Tochigi Kenmin-kai members 😊. Sake received at the Sake World Summit. This sake is brewed with Ginbukiyo sake produced in Shiga Prefecture. The acidity and umami of the sake are well intertwined with each other. It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).

Purchased 👀 at Sazanami Sake Shop in front of the station during a day trip to Hikone. Beautiful, corner space and friendly staff. It was a nice store 😙. Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable 😋. Paired with sweet ayu fish from Lake Biwa, it was delicious. ❤️ It is indeed a sake from Shiga, a rice-producing region 😇
