The fourth and final bottle I bought from Gonoi Sake Store's free shipping campaign is Karahashi, which is one of my favorite brands ❗ As I wrote in my previous review, it is brewed by Homare Shuzo, the family of freelance announcer Yumi Karahashi 😘. I've had the Yamada Nishiki black kara-hashi a few times before, but I've missed the Yume-no-Koh white kara-hashi a few times at my local liquor store, so I took this opportunity to pop it ☝️. The upfront aroma is a hint of strawberry🍓. It's sweet and delicious at first, but after swallowing, the bitter and sour aftertaste spreads slowly. It's dry compared to Haneya's Aizan, which I opened just before, but I like it because it's not overpowering, and it goes well with almost anything😄. It's a shame that the brand name is not registered on Sake no Wa... 😢.

This is a raw sake from Karahashi that I drank last month: ❗️ It was so delicious and well balanced that I had to buy it because I wanted to drink nama-sake 😊. I bought it because I wanted to drink a nama sake 😊. The aroma is subdued, but it has a freshness and a hint of gas that is typical of nama-shu. Delicious with freshness and a hint of gasiness ‼️ It tastes more Japanese sweetness🤔 than fruity and elegant. This was my first Koganezawa, a gift from someone. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Gohyakumangoku, so I had an image that it was quite refreshing, but it tasted just as it should. But it also has a strong umami of rice and is easy to drink without any peculiarities 😆 It is easy to pair with meals and I was off in no time 🤣. It was easy to match with meals and we finished it in no time 🤣.

The second drink at Marukoma was my first "Koshu". It is light and crisp with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. The second sake was "Koshu", which is also from Niigata but has a different flavor from the "Hokusetsu" that we drank for the first sake 🎵.

This will be the last sake I drank at Fukuzo. For those of you who think "How much have you had to drink? I think so too😅. The first aroma is sweet with classic acidity. Fukushima again today. And raw sake! Huh? No tingling sensation? And it's not so much sweet as it is...is it salty? Salty? It's a new sensation. (I'm sure I'm mistaken.) Last year? (I'm sure I'm mistaken.) It's a different image from the Aizu Nakasyo I drank last year. This is only the second time I've tasted it (correction: it was the third time 💦), so I guess I don't understand it well. Sake is so deep.

The fourth bottle brought in is Aizu Chusho. This one is also from the inventory of a junior colleague I mentioned earlier. It has the unique flavor and richness of light nigori. At the banquets I organize at work, I give an allowance to those who bring in their own sake. A bottle I want other colleagues to try. A bottle I want to drink with them.
