My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there. The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake.
