Tonight is my usual Wednesday pub 🍺. Sake brought in by a regular who knows me - ⤴️🍶 Cloth lapels are awesome ⤴️⤴️😆 It's sweet, slightly sour, and very oishy ❕. This one is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I'm enjoying it very much.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus. It is low in alcohol but very drinkable. However, I personally don't like the top flavor. I can't explain it well, but it smells sweet? I can't explain it well, but it smells like a sweet smell. After drinking it, it tastes fine, but I don't like the aroma when I put it close to my nose. It's difficult to describe... It might be quite tasty with meat as it says on the back 🤔.

I have a new impression of Ehime sake 😁. I had never had much Ehime sake before, but I had an image of it being somewhat mellow and dry. This sake is completely different, it is light and slightly acidic, and together with the bitterness in the aftertaste, it is somehow like grapefruit 😊. It also has a bit of a fizzy feel and is very easy to drink as there is no unpleasant spiciness that lingers in the throat 😋. If it were a little more sour, I think I would find it too sour for me, but this level of sourness is just right 😄. I'm only one bottle away from the nationwide domination of the four-gouple bottles or more limited edition. The last one is in Osaka, when can I achieve it? 😅

This is the one that Neemuchi and I bought together! We both bought it! After tasting the junmai ginjo nama sake first, we thought it wouldn't be any better than that, so we were shocked! Purchased at Maya I've had Aizu Ryugasawa before, but this is my first Eikawa. The initial aroma is pear-like. When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness like green apple. Not too sweet and dry, like a cider.

I had always wanted to come to this restaurant, Jyu. It was a nice place. The sake I chose was Dokure, which is labeled as an amazing sake from Kure. At first sip, I felt a slight sourness, but when paired with food, it was very good. As one would expect from a master brewer, he made the sake he wanted to make himself. Shishimai Fuunroku Part 3 The next point of rest and ga-in is Tenjo Yumegen This label commemorates the 100th anniversary of Maruka Kensetsu, located in the same area as Nakayu Sake Brewery. The contents are probably the same as the regular Tokujun, but it is only at local festivals that this kind of sake is served as a sacred sake. However, I am not sure if this label is "Yamato" or "Taiwa". It has been a long time since I have tasted Tenjo Mugen, and while it has a dry base, it is slightly sweet, has a strong umami flavor, and has a nice acidity and bitterness. Once again, I realize that it is a local sake. Thank you very much!
