Fukushima again today. And raw sake! Huh? No tingling sensation? And it's not so much sweet as it is...is it salty? Salty? It's a new sensation. (I'm sure I'm mistaken.) Last year? (I'm sure I'm mistaken.) It's a different image from the Aizu Nakasyo I drank last year. This is only the second time I've tasted it (correction: it was the third time 💦), so I guess I don't understand it well. Sake is so deep.
