I've been drinking at home for a while now, so I have to keep track of it.
I'll start with LIBROM.
This is a Christmas-like drink with a taste of Amaou and rosemary, which seems to have nothing to do with sake.
It has a strong juicy flavor of Amaou.
It also has a slight sparkling taste.
It is best to drink it in a shot glass.
It goes well with bitter chocolate.
I had uncorked it the day before and voila!
It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!
Sweet and sour and spreading like a sizzle!
Is this alcohol?
It's still slightly carbonated and has a nice tangy feel to it, and the color is pretty too!
I'm hooked on craft sake!
One Sake Found at a Sake Shop
Minty characters were conspicuously absent from the sake lineup.
Since I am a chocolate mint drinker, I was curious to get it!
The base of the flavor is firmly sake🍶.
I had an image of a mojito-like drink, so I was betrayed in a good way.
It was precipitated, so I shook it a bit, and when I opened the bottle, the schwash overflowed and I panicked.
I want to enjoy a variety of craft sake as well. ❤️
I thought it would be more like a gin, but Yamatotachibana is one of the ingredients used in Kikka gin, not all of them, and this one is made with a lot of Yamatotachibana fruit, so it has a refreshing citrus acid taste.
I wanted to try this craft saké.
The gorgeous aroma, sweetness and sourness after consumption, etc., make this sake like a tropical passion fruit. It is more of a liqueur than a sake.
While Passoa, a passion fruit liqueur, is supposed to be drunk with alcohol, this one has a lower alcohol content and can be drunk as is.

Craft Sake
More like a soda water with diluted melon juice than a strong melon flavor.
I think the sweetness is weaker than expected
It's delicious and refreshing!
I have been wanting to drink this sake regularly since I first encountered it at a sake event in Tokyo about two years ago.
It is a type of sake called "craft saké" that comes in a variety of flavors under the motto of "making sake drinkable in a casual way. It is refreshing and light, but you can still taste the flavor of sake.
Firm sweet corn aroma like a compote.
When you drink it, you get a sweet and sour yet corn kernel feeling and an aftertaste like you've eaten it.
Very tasty!
