At the time of the Great Earthquake at the beginning of Ishikawa
Sake made from [Matsuba] that did not fall over.
The taste was very gentle and easy to drink.
The aroma was also good.
A pinkish sake-like sake with hops.
The hops flavor goes well with the acidity and rice flavor. Very tasty.
Rice and Agave also used hops, but I think I prefer the balance of fruity and hops in Rice and Agave.
Opened a bottle of sake (it's a craft saké) that had arrived from the brewery last November in subs. There was almost no gasiness, and the top aroma was not very fruity. In the mouth, however, it has a fruity and sweet pear flavor, and the umami of the rice is clearly perceptible, as is typical of doburoku. The aftertaste is also good.
Continued from January 30
I'll start with something different for the sake of conversation😅.
It's a Margherita with tomatoes and basil 🤭.
The aroma is a little scary... 👃.
The aroma of the pizza was completely amazing 😲.
When you take a bite of it, you feel like you're eating pizza and drinking alcohol.
You don't need a side dish for this 🤣.
I bought it because I thought it was hard to find a tomato and basil margherita flavor in sake!
It tastes like an authentic oven-baked savory pizza, perfect for Italian food: 🇮🇹
Of course I ate it with pizza 🍕.
Liquor purchased in subs. The top aroma is lychee-like and citrusy. The color of the sake is a beautiful light purple. The taste is sweet, yet crisp and pleasant. The bitterness from hops is also good!
Last year, wine yeast was used, but this year, sake yeast was used. They also added a lot of luxurious grapes, which gave it a strong grape flavor. It is recommended to warm it up and drink it like hot wine.
The top aroma is fresh strawberry itself. The taste is also strong with acidity and sweetness, but it is not too sweet and has a very good sharpness. This craft saké can be enjoyed like a dessert wine.
The color is amber and very beautiful. The aroma and taste are tomato and basil, just like Margherita itself. It goes well not only with Italian food, but also with everyday meals as it is not too sweet.
Craft saké brewed with Citra hops added
The purple color is said to be a polyphenol property of the hops.
The color of the 稻 and agave 稻 and pop were similar, but I think this one is a little darker.
The aroma is almost entirely grape and citrus from the pop.
I think it's more like a craft beer made from rice than a craft saké.
Well, it's non-foamed, after all.
Taste is definitely more hoppy than saké and pop.
The base is definitely the sweetness of the rice, but the grapeiness and the astringency from the hops have a stronger impact.
It's good, but not great.
It's hard to say how to rate it because it depends on your taste.
For those who like hops, one advantage of this beer is that it can be paired with a wider range of foods than craft beers.
This sake has a distinctive aroma of black locust.
We drank it with dried white shrimp.
I learned about the aroma of chromojis here and became so addicted to their fragrance that I even bought a cup of chromojic tea!
This sake is brewed in moromi with hops, which are essential for beer, based on the sake production method.
HOPPE stands for HOP SAKE.
The meaning of the fox label is
1) Because it is said to be a messenger of the god of rice fields and symbolizes sake.
2) To express that sake is the axis while using hops
The color is a beautiful light purple 🩷.
It has a citrus and ginjo aroma with a very special bitter aftertaste.
