Last year, wine yeast was used, but this year, sake yeast was used. They also added a lot of luxurious grapes, which gave it a strong grape flavor. It is recommended to warm it up and drink it like hot wine.
The top aroma is fresh strawberry itself. The taste is also strong with acidity and sweetness, but it is not too sweet and has a very good sharpness. This craft saké can be enjoyed like a dessert wine.
The color is amber and very beautiful. The aroma and taste are tomato and basil, just like Margherita itself. It goes well not only with Italian food, but also with everyday meals as it is not too sweet.

The purple color is said to be a polyphenol property of the hops.
The color of the 稻 and agave 稻 and pop were similar, but I think this one is a little darker.
The aroma is almost entirely grape and citrus from the pop.
I think it's more like a craft beer made from rice than a craft saké.
Well, it's non-foamed, after all.
Taste is definitely more hoppy than saké and pop.
The base is definitely the sweetness of the rice, but the grapeiness and the astringency from the hops have a stronger impact.
It's good, but not great.
It's hard to say how to rate it because it depends on your taste.
For those who like hops, one advantage of this beer is that it can be paired with a wider range of foods than craft beers.
This sake has a distinctive aroma of black locust.
We drank it with dried white shrimp.

SAKE Margarita
Basil Tomato
The aroma is very basil and less tomato-like than expected, and it seems to be a standard product.
We think it goes well with Western food.
This was reallyoooo good!
They said they brewed the grapes with the skins whole 🍇 The balance of sweetness and tartness was just too good 🤤.

This craft saké is brewed with rice and the Japanese herb kuromoji.
Kuromoji has a fresh, floral aroma.
The spicy taste was great, from the initial thickening to a slight spiciness after drinking.
This is my first craft saké in my life. I had been daring to stay away from it, but in order to have my own stance on it, I took the plunge and bought it 🍶 The liquor store told me that craft saké with hops is a good introduction to it, so I chose this one.
I was surprised by its purplish body! The taste was also unique, neither sake nor any other sake, but it is a good sake in that it is easy to drink. ☺️

Grapes in both aroma and appearance. It has the sense of a kyoho grape with a strong upper aroma and a little bit of cemedine smell mixed in.
Contrary to the mellow aroma, the taste is watery. Although there is no sense of the 14% alcohol content, it felt like a new genre of sake, neither sake nor any other type of sake.
This is also a craft saké
There's melon in it 🍈.
Some of them I didn't get a chance to photograph.
Some of the sakes are not shown here.
I think I drank about 4 cups 🌀
Light, sweet, fragrant sake
Light, fluffy, gentle hop aroma
Slightly sweet, with a pleasant hop astringency and acidity

It has a different taste from the previous Fukushima Lagoon.
