Let's start with the top clear. The aroma is of melon🍈, but there is a sweet smell of baked goods 🍪 on the palate as well. It's like drinking pudding caramel or bitter chocolate liqueur 🍫. When the lees of doburoku is mixed well, the texture of mashed rice and creaminess is added and the sweet liqueur mentioned earlier is a little gentler but well, sweet. It's a dessert sake, but it looks delicious with soda or something 🙌

Mr. Kotaro Ikejima of Happy Taro Brewery, Mr. Yosuke Tanaka of LAGOON BREWERY, and Mr. Yoji Adachi of Adachi Nozo Brewery were standing by much later. Shouku. I asked if the label had changed, since the three previous bottles I had had abstract labels, but this one seemed to be the same from the beginning.

Alcohol content: 15%. Kame-no-o Rice polishing ratio: 80 Except for the use of steamed rice for the mother of sake, the rest of the dobrok is made entirely from koji rice. ALC14.5% 720㎖ 2,640 yen It contains Citra hops, which are essential for beer🍺. It is said to be so delicious that it makes your cheeks fall off🤫⁉️ 🍶 🍶 Shozora Mori no SAKE KUROMOJI DOBUROKU 100% Gohyakumangoku, Polishing ratio 70%. ALC16% 720㎖ It is said to contain kuromoji, a Japanese herb 🤔. As other brews, It's all about diversity 👍.

Purchased from LAGOON BREWERY I went to Fukushima Lagoon to purchase 💰. I had this at the Niigata Sake Festival and thought it was something I wanted ‼️, so I bought it at the brewery 💰I personally like the tomato soft serve ice cream they have at the brewery... It's a craft saké made with hops and the label is cute 😍I'm surprised this is 100% Ihyakumangoku 😳. Opened the bottle right away 🍶Tastes great😊. The flavor is full of hops, yet it tastes different from beer 🍶 The mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink even though it's a craft saké, which I personally like 🎯 It's one of my favorites from the Shozora series 🥰. I'm going to buy some more.

What? Let's sprinkle some cheese on it! The smell of tomatoes and basil is so strong, but when you drink it, you will find it refreshing and not heavy. The restaurant staff chose it for us, so it matched well with the sardines simmered in oil. I want this.

Outside Drinking. CRAFT SAKE WEEK It has pears in it and is classified as other brewed sake. The color is light cloudy. Sweet in the mouth. As the label & name says, pear🍐🍐🍐🍐🍐🍐. I looked it up at home and they actually used pears. That's right 😅. No clutter, just a slow, elegant sweetness. It has a sour aftertaste and the sweetness doesn't linger. It has a lot of flavor contrary to its light appearance. Perfect for a light drink at an outdoor event👍 Can also be enjoyed outside of events👍
