Let's start with the top clear. The aroma is of melon🍈, but there is a sweet smell of baked goods 🍪 on the palate as well. It's like drinking pudding caramel or bitter chocolate liqueur 🍫. When the lees of doburoku is mixed well, the texture of mashed rice and creaminess is added and the sweet liqueur mentioned earlier is a little gentler but well, sweet. It's a dessert sake, but it looks delicious with soda or something 🙌

For my sixth and final drink, I decided to try craft sake: ❗️ It's not often you get a chance to drink it! This is made by brewing regular sake. They brew sake normally, add hops at the end, and press it. I was told that you either love it or hate it! What is it like? Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius Brown in color, a bit like beer? When I drank it, I found Oh, this is an inexperienced taste 😳. The hop aroma comes to the forefront. Sake flavor is not so strong. But it's interesting and this is it: ❗️ I fully enjoyed the dawn of the younger generation 😉.

Purchased at Niigata Sake-no-jin This was the last sake I purchased at the 2025 Niigata Sake Festival...or rather, I felt I had kept it too long, so I opened the bottle with a full bottle 🍶. I had done my homework before entering the Niigata Sake Festival, and the only sake I had my eye on during my homework was this one 💁 I love Shozora no Hoppe, but this is a slightly sparkling version that is only available at the Sake Festival 🫧 It's just so delicious, of course it is! It was a satisfaction-based paid tasting that day as well, so meh, it's so good! I said "It's so good!" three times and ended up spending 500 yen x 3 and buying a bottle 🍶. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it was delicious 😋. The aroma and taste match the refreshing taste of hops, and combined with the easy drinking of the fizzy feeling, it is very delicious 🤤 The flavor of hops and juicy, slightly dry grapes? The flavor is like a combination of hops and juicy, slightly dry grapes🤔Delicious! I hope to see you again somewhere in the future 😄Thanks for the treat! Here is my favorite sake brewed by LAGOON BREWERY. This fresh craft saké has a strong tomato and basil flavor. You can have it as a top clear saké at first, and then mix it well and have it as a dobrok. Twice as delicious😋.
