I am so happy every time I look at the bottle, it is so special.
Let's start with the Cassis Lime.
When poured into a glass, the color is a beautiful purple.

What is this, just rice, rice malt, and passion fruit? No flavoring, no sugar...too good to be true.
I think it tastes more lilikoi than Islander's Mystery Junmai (lilikoi in) that I bought in Hawaii last year...
The Hawaiian one tasted more like sake and I could taste the astringency of the seeds, so it tasted fresher, while this one tastes like a delicious lilikoi soda that you can drink even if you don't like alcohol 🍹.
It's a bit expensive, but I'd like to try other kinds of sodas as well.

I found Kraft Sake at Hanshin Underground in Umeda and bought it to take with me when I go to stay at a cottage with my friend and her family.
