I've wanted to try Manotsuru for a long time. The rice is Gohyakumangoku. It has a gentle mouthfeel and a gorgeous apple-like ginjo aroma. The taste is mature and sweet. Closing out the drinks we had last weekend 😆. Smell good 😌. The Mikotsuru was quite rich and sweet, so I felt a lot of sourness when I took a sip 😳. The more I drank, the more umami and the sourness and aliveness were also good 👍 I can feel the strong aroma of the barrels! Is this a dry wine? and Nobby Well, I guess it's umakuchi. Tonight, I'm opening a bottle of the first bottle of Masamune instrument for the weekend dinner because it's so good it's about to run out 💁. Shikishima Light Nigori Nama Sake 2022BY Back on the nigori road a bit, but again it's almost a year old 😅. When I opened the bottle, I could hear the gas escaping with a nice sound. The aroma is mainly chemically aromatic, with a hint of greffle skin and a little bit of maturity. The mouthfeel changes from sourness and citrus bitterness to bitterness, umami, and spiciness. The alcohol content is 18%, so it has quite a punch, but the sweetness and umami from the aging process gives the impression that it is more rounded. It's good that the lees are so cloudy and the umami and richness is so much better 😊.

Found it at a local store I sometimes go to 👀. I had no prior knowledge of the brand, but was attracted by the sexy label and the owner's comment that it was "sweet and delicious" 😁. Tonight, our first series of impactful jackets here 💁. It's Taxi Driver🚕🚕🚕🚕. It was shipped from the brewery in April this year, but what a H30BY (R0BY) and it's a 5 year aged sake 😆. The aroma of old sake, which also smells like Shaoxing wine, is in full swing from the moment the bottle is opened 🤣. It was served cold, but it is easy to drink because of its acidity. It would be good to drink it warmed up in the fall. ☺️ I wonder if it would go well with Chinese food since it has a Shaoxing sake-like flavor, and I'm going to research how to drink it based on other sakewa reviewers 💪. But it's a very intoxicating drink so I'll stop after one cup 😓.

[Buy direct from Chisa Aoki🤩] I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last. It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry 😆. I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite ✌️. It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year. The aroma is grape 🍇-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink😄. This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi ❗❗ I should have bought this in a bottle 😅.
