I had wanted to drink it for a long time, but the timing was never quite right... The manager said it was his favorite drink in the restaurant! On the way home, I️ bought my first "Imanishiki" at Sakeya Kagimoto in Wakayama City. I️ bought Nagano Prefecture's sake in Wakayama Prefecture⁉️. And today, I opened the bottle. It has a gorgeous aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, sweetness, umami, and a bit of acidity. It has a fruity feeling in the nose. It is not too sweet and has a moderate dry taste. My favorite team lost, and I was feeling hopeless about the Koshien tournament, so I thought I would be a little burned out, but it was very tasty and comforting. I knew it was Nagano sake, and there is no mistake.

It's a dry and robust sake ☺️. I like the taste. I thought I've never had a sake from Yamagata prefecture but I did. I had a hard time deciding between it and Nanbu Bijin but it didn't matter.
