The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

I bought it at the Aeon system big. This is the first time I've had an Aomori sake. It's sweet but easy to drink. It's delicious. I'm happy to pay about 1,000 yen for a 720ml bottle.

Aomori's sake is hard to find locally🥺 I thought I'd have to go out of the prefecture or poke around, but my wife bought some at a department store that the clerk recommended. It's a limited edition sake made by Momokawa, a sake brewery near Hachinohe, using "Mashigura" rice grown in Oirase town and fermented at low temperature for a long time. When we drank it chilled, my wife and I said, "Wow, this is delicious 😆 ". Fruity, light and elegantly sweet😍. It's similar to the Mimuro Sugi's Grazie Airdio that we drank recently. It's easy to drink, even though it's over 17 degrees alcohol. There are many other good sakes in Aomori 👏 besides Denshu, Hassen and Toyoupai.

I bought it because of the cool bottle, the lettering, and the phrase "cold brewed, Shiboritate limited edition"! It's a freshly squeezed new sake that's only available once a year 💓. Right after opening the bottle, it's super fresh ⚡️I'd say it's light and dry, but still nenne and not enough 😅. On the second day, the richness comes out. On the third day or so, I think the sweet aroma finally started to stand out ✨But by that time I only had one more batch left 🤣. The result was a type that was hard to open, but I enjoyed it 🕺🎵.

Tonight, our first series, Kikuyu by Yoshikawa Brewery from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is 100% Dewa Sanzu, Junmai Nama-no-Hajime made with Kyoukai No. 6 yeast. It has a ginjo aroma between cucumber and pear, and the first sip is clear with a full sweetness, but later on, a strong bitterness and alcohol taste follows, making it dry and smooth.

Tonight, we decided to open a new sake once in a while, so we had this one from the Yoshikawa Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture. Junmai Nigori Sake - Luxurious Aragoshi ✨✨✨✨. The sake seems to have been bottled after the new sake unrefined sake has been roughly fermented 😄. The aroma has a hint of pear and apple. When you take a sip, you can feel the gasiness and acidity, but it is juicy and delicious 😋😋😋😋 When you mix the lees, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and the creaminess increases, which is also delicious 😋😋. This was definitely one to repeat 🤗

It was very carbonated and I spilled a lot of water 😛 It was so fizzy it was like pouring cider into a glass. It's not too sweet and the grains of rice are delicious. It's also good on a hot day as it's chilled 😀.

Downhill Sake Story Event 3) From the Itami Laematsu Sake Brewery, established in 1688, we drank "Laematsu" Itamigo Special Honjozo, a highly prestigious sake for the Shogun. It has the flavor of honjozo and a smooth throat. It is also good as heated sake. A joint sake brewing song was performed. The song was sung in slightly different tunes at each brewery. This Sake is a nice change from what I have been drinking recently. It has a sugary sweetness similar to a ripe muscat. There is a Medium mouth feel followed by a slight dryness at the finish for a clean aftertaste. Delicious. 😋
It is refreshing and easy to drink. The menu said it was dry, but I only felt a slight spiciness in the aftertaste. We were about to eat fried food, so it was a perfect pairing 😆.
