The aroma is gorgeous, sweet and bitter. It is my favorite type of sake, but the sweetness becomes more pronounced at room temperature. It's not a sticky sweetness, but it's easier to drink when it's chilled! It's good to drink it after a meal👌.

Refreshing, clean, fruity🌸🍶✨ The aroma is softly fruity 💠💠. In the mouth, it's a little melon 🍈. Mellow and crisp ✨. Sweet, spicy and delicious 😆. Well balanced ❕. It's good balance ɵ with a big bowl of Chinese stir-fry with green pepper as usual. I enjoy it with my usual large bowl of green pepper soup.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚
