The Aomori Antenna Shop closed its doors in July, leaving a lasting legacy. As a shopkeeper, I would like to express my deepest gratitude! The last sake I bought there was Kikunoi. So much for the preamble, let's get to it!
It has a strong sweetness, but also a slightly refreshing aroma. The brewing water was a little sweet and clear, which is typical of Aomori. It has a strong umami punch, and the sweetness is simple and not bothersome. The sweetness is simple and not bothersome, and it has a nice sharpness. It was a sweet yet sharp sake. Thank you again for the sake tonight!
From what I have heard, they have not even decided on a candidate site yet, so they will be lucky if a new antenna store opens in two years at the earliest, and it is doubtful if it will ever be restored.

1600 yen / 720ml
The second bottle of Aomori sake
This one also has a soft mouthfeel.
Is this a characteristic of the Hakkoudasan water system?
I thought the taste was weak when I put it in my mouth, but the umami flavor spread quickly afterwards.
It is also delicious.
Kikunoi no Hisa◯🙆♂️
This is Hanafuki🌾 sake 🍶.
The one we drank last October was delicious with a lot of flavor.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
The first aroma is slightly sweet, with a hint of sweetness and a clear umami.
It is crisp and refreshing, just like Hana-buki.
Still a little light compared to last year's 🤔.
I want to try it fresh lol
It was delicious. ✨️
Slightly yellowish and clear, with aromas of yogurt, pear, and honeysuckle. The attack is rather strong, with a refreshing acidity and a mild sweetness with a rather long finish.
It is said to be a sushi sake brewed with rice specially for sushi.
Unfortunately, I could not enjoy it with sushi.
The finish is quite dry and refreshing.
This would be great with light white meat sushi!
Kikunoi no Kyu○ "Kyumaru" reads.
As the name suggests, it was made in February and matured (unsold?) for more than half a year. This is also a Hanafuki sake🍶.
The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it retains the freshness of nama-zake, but also has a mild sweetness with a slight sweetness like light brown sugar.
It also has a slight spiciness and a nice sharpness.
This was delicious 😊.
Maybe because it was left to rest 🤔.
After being intrigued with Kikunoi's Honjozo, Kuroishi sake, which was served at the inn where I stayed for my Tsugaru Peninsula drive and Iwakisan Shrine visit, I had some time before returning the car in Hirosaki, so I visited the rice field art at the end of the day and Kuroishi.
When I found out that Narumi Sake Brewery was located on Komachi Street, I couldn't help but go in and try the sake, which is only sold at the store? It was a limited edition, so I bought it.
I bought it.
The alcohol content is 17.5 degrees and the rice polishing ratio is 50%, and it calls itself Junmai Daiginjo, so I thought they are not too particular about it.
It is delicious, with an elegant mellowness that you can feel the high alcohol content, yet it has a straightforward and clean taste!
We were recommended to drink it chilled, but we couldn't because of our location, so it was at room temperature, which may have accentuated the mellowness. I would like to try it cold!
