Shizuoka Business Trip #15
Today I had my first taste of rainbow at Nagashima, which was recommended by ellie and @Mizuhashi 😀!
I drank it thinking it was definitely a rich one, and it definitely was 😋 😋 It's a little sweet with lots of flavor, but also has a nice sharpness 👍🌟It's good at room temperature, but I thought it would definitely be good heated up too 🥳I'm going to heat it up tomorrow 🤔.
Good evening Maecin-san.
You chose the heavenly rainbow ^ ^.
I have an image of richness too. This brewery brews a lot of different flavors of sake, so it's interesting 😆.
I heard you bought 2 bottles and I'm looking forward to see what you review for the other one 😌.
Good morning ellie, good morning ☀️😀
I couldn't fit any alcohol in my apartment fridge, so I bought some fire-roasted sake 😚.
Tenhiki was a delicious sake with lots of flavor😊.
Good morning, @Mizuhashi-san 😀 ☀️
I went to Numazu Port after stopping by @Nagashima in Numazu 😊I didn't know it was a tourist spot so I was surprised at how many people were there 😳I came back after eating fish paste and egg rolls😇
The second restaurant is Sushi Nakamura.
This sake was wholesaled by my childhood friend Fujikouji Sake Shop.
Unlike the standard Tenkohi, this sake is too refreshing 🤔.
This Usagetsukimine seems to be only for Izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and not for retail stores.
The standard Tenkohi is more like a thicker, mellow and fruity sake, but this sake is the opposite.
The accompaniment is seared cod roe.
Struggles with simmered sea bream. It was fun. The sake is easy to drink, and the strong flavor of the simmered sea bream can be reset by the refreshing taste of sake.
Dairyuuzume Junmai Ginjo.
Cool name.
Dragon claws cut through the chest!
Not necessarily,
But it leaves happy claw marks.
With simmered sea bream.
The leftover broth,
I wanted to take it home with me, but
but I held back. Oops.
Light yellow color.
A light, caramel-like, mellow aroma.
It is certainly dry on the palate!
Bitter and sour taste followed by rice flavor.
It goes down quickly.
Good as a food sake.
Good match with fatty Robata-yaki.
Taste degree ☆3/5
