The third drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Gizaemon Natsu-damon, which I had during a break in the drinking Shinsei.
This is another summer sake from my favorite Mie sake that I was very curious about.
The aroma is not so strong.
It has an energetic taste with a tingling sensation when you put it in your mouth.
It was a very tasty sake with a good balance of refreshing sweetness and bitterness ✨.

This is Gizaemon Junmai Daiginjo Autumn Damon. The aroma is mild, but it smells like Muscat in the mouth. It has a good acidity and a mellow taste, and is a delicious sake. It is better to drink it not too cold.

When I think of Gizaemon, I have an image of a black label.
It is a dark sake with a mellow mouthfeel, but with a strong umami flavor.
It has a stable flavor. ❗️
