Drinking with my wife at Tsushima Tsuru at Metropolitan Morioka New Wing on our wedding anniversary last week (laughs).
We continued with Kikunotsuka Junmai-shu (Junmai-shu is a junmai-shu made by Kikunotsuka).
Kikunotsuka Yo is a summer sake in the same series.
This one is a matured autumn-aged sake.
It is sweet but refreshing.
No sticky feeling at all.
The mild taste goes well with Rishiri kelp and ebi majake.
I have to get up early again tomorrow, so that's all for today.
