The sake is made and labeled in a way that takes advantage of the climate of Oarai, Ibaraki. It is refreshingly dry when served cold. When heated, it becomes more floral and friendly. I'd like to try it with sea bream or flatfish from Oarai.

Rice used is Oarai-grown Chiyonishiki It is more rough than fresh. However, it is not rough at all. It has a refreshing taste, and the umami of the rice spreads slowly. I've had many Tsuki no I's with this kind of atmosphere! I think it will probably become milder and more flavorful with aging, but I like it better as it is because it has its own personality.

Banana like aroma. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet. After that, the dry taste or the feeling of running spreads to the mouth. There is a hint of bitterness, but the aftertaste is sweet. First time I posted on Sake No Wake, Nekoma no Shizuku. Purchased again this year! Slightly fruity aroma. Fresh, sweet and light taste As I said, easy to drink and delicious 😋. The last sake we had at Kyoto Stand Kiyo Kiyo was "Toyoyo Junmai Dry Musou" by Mukai Shuzo, also from the Tango region. The rough and powerful label may represent the fishing scene in this area. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami flavor and the aroma of rice is crisp and full. Even though it is called "Dry Musou", it has a hint of sweetness, which makes it a delicious cup. It has been a long time since I have had a good drink, and the best part of drinking outside by myself is that I can drink slowly while considering what to drink and what snacks to go with it, while keeping an eye on my pocketbook. I returned home refreshed both mentally and physically. From next time, I will introduce some of the sakes I took at the beginning of the year!

Bought directly from the Mukho Sake Brewery... Aroma: Slightly cemedine? As the label on the back says, it's a solid and heavy sake. It is like a local sake, and the bitterness in the aftertaste is a bit of a problem, but...it soaks into your guts...it goes well with strong flavored snacks...smoked hoya and stewed tuna...I enjoy it with a little bit of it....

This is also a gift from my youngest son... a local Chichibu sake from my hometown of Chichibu, Saitama. I know you may not like it, but...it goes well with Chichibu's hormone...and today's snack was...freshly kama-age shirasu (dried young sardines) from Miura, Kanagawa Prefecture.

I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Miyazaki's only sake brewery specializing in sake, Chitoku Shuzo. It has a mild aroma with a good sweetness 😄. Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍

I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

It will be a gift🙏. This is a special junmai from Morinori brewed by Okada Honke in Kakogawa, Hyogo Prefecture. It was recommended to me by someone who knows a lot about Japanese sake. It is fresh and has a refreshing taste with a richness that is typical of Gohyakumangoku and can be enjoyed while savoring the sake. ☺️
