Flesh! It has a wine nouveau-like feeling. Is it because it's the first time it's been squeezed?

The light blue color with goldfish, fireworks, sunflowers, and wind chimes is cool, and the fluent white font further expresses the sense of sake. I imagined it would have a greenish smell because of the name "Numazu, Shizuoka," but it was crisp or smooth? But it was crisp or smooth? I was expecting it to have a greenish taste, but it was crisp and smooth.

I asked if there was anything cold? I asked and a rare sake was served 😳. This Kikutaka is no longer available 😊. Thankfully we had it 😃. It has a rich flavor as if it is unfiltered Yamahai, and the acidity is quite strong and peculiar 😊. I think it is a good choice for those who drink it 😊.

Seisen has a traditional flavor when it is fire-aged...but the raw sake is delicious 🍶...sweet rice aroma...sweet and bitter on the palate, but not bitter enough to be bothersome. Jungin sake brewed with 100% Chiba's sake brewing rice "So no Mai"... I am enjoying it with "Vinegared Myouga" and "Salted Marlin" from Chiba... a delicious marriage...

Elegant rice aroma...sweet on the palate! The taste of rich Omachi and the lingering acidity are good... You can enjoy it without any snacks! Chiba's local sake is delicious!

It is the best way to have a good time with your friends and family... The scent of the ginjo is refreshing... When you pour it into the cup, it is amber in color... The sour taste in the mouth is very strong and the bitter aftertaste is also very characteristic of the local brew, so you can enjoy it with the whale sauce, a specialty of Boso, as a snack. That's the way it is.

For my fourth cup, I decided on the "Koshihikari" which caught my attention! The palate is clean and refreshing, but as you taste it, it mellows out a bit with a banana feel. The acidity tightens it up so that it does not interfere with the taste, so it is well-balanced and easy to drink👍.

It is not sake, This was delicious. ‼️ It is a blend of Kasagi's yuzu juice and "Onnajojo" ginjo sake. It is so thick and sweet that you would think it was juice, but you don't feel much alcohol. It has a nice aroma and the bitterness of the yuzu makes it refreshing and easy to drink. Not bad!

The clear, crisp mouthfeel, followed by a refreshing flavor, and the sweetness and umami that remain in the mouth. Drunken Musubi" is the first sake rice developed in Gifu Prefecture in 42 years. Iwamura Sake Brewery's Onnajyoji uses this rice. It is a sake that you can't go wrong with.

The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. The sake has been dry for a while, but let's have a sake with a very dry sake degree of +20 🎵Nagaragawa is basically dry 🤔Oh, it's spicy! Spicy is spicy, but the taste makes you wonder if it has a sake degree of +20 ❗It's not just spicy, it's a professional's job to give it character 😌.

Nagara River booth. It is not sold outside of the prefecture, so I guess it is a rare brewery to see in the Kansai region. I was a bit intimidated by the dryness of the sake, but when I tried it, I found it wasn't too hot. I think they were all refreshing.

Purchased at Okadaya, Nagoya Sake Rice used is Hidahomare. It is a so-called summer sake, and is said to be aged for one year. It does not have a matured feel and has a mild mouthfeel. It is refreshing as a summer sake should be, and the umami is clearly conveyed. It is easy to drink when cooled down to a crisp. The label is designed by a famous person? It's a cool design.

I had received this sake at a New Year's party at Maguchi in G-machi and bought it because it was delicious. Maybe it's because we share the same Fussa, or maybe it's just a preconceived notion, but I can't help but feel that it is somewhat similar to Tama Boast. Is it a peculiar sweetness? I drank it after Zao Miyamanishiki, so when I compared the two, the sweetness of Zao was clear and transparent, which I personally prefer.
