The last sake we had at Kyoto Stand Kiyo Kiyo was "Toyoyo Junmai Dry Musou" by Mukai Shuzo, also from the Tango region. The rough and powerful label may represent the fishing scene in this area. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami flavor and the aroma of rice is crisp and full. Even though it is called "Dry Musou", it has a hint of sweetness, which makes it a delicious cup. It has been a long time since I have had a good drink, and the best part of drinking outside by myself is that I can drink slowly while considering what to drink and what snacks to go with it, while keeping an eye on my pocketbook. I returned home refreshed both mentally and physically. From next time, I will introduce some of the sakes I took at the beginning of the year!

Today I had Tenho, a local ramen of Nagano prefecture 😋 I had the meat fried ramen🍜 and gyoza🥟😘The light ramen and gyoza went well together🥳Next I will try the dandanmen😙.

Junmai Daiginjo that is not like Yamada Nishiki. The sweetness is moderate. It takes some time for the flavors to develop. Personally, I've always had the impression that Yamadanishiki has a sweet aftertaste, but the dryness of the flavor reminded me of the diversity of Japanese sake. And even though it's supposed to be a little out of character for my taste, it was a dish that made me drink more! As the temperature rises, the taste is distinctly sweet at first and then dry (and crisp) at the end. It broke the stereotype that Yamada Nishiki is sweet! The brewery started brewing in 1922. The name of the brand was changed from the famous water "Horime-no-Ido" to "Horinoi".

I asked if there was anything cold? I asked and a rare sake was served 😳. This Kikutaka is no longer available 😊. Thankfully we had it 😃. It has a rich flavor as if it is unfiltered Yamahai, and the acidity is quite strong and peculiar 😊. I think it is a good choice for those who drink it 😊.

For my fourth cup, I decided on the "Koshihikari" which caught my attention! The palate is clean and refreshing, but as you taste it, it mellows out a bit with a banana feel. The acidity tightens it up so that it does not interfere with the taste, so it is well-balanced and easy to drink👍.

Sake I got on a business trip to Hamamatsu. It has been a long time since I have been on a business trip, and it has been a long time since I have had a drink with people I have met, and I do not want the world to be a place where Corona gets in the way of meeting people. The name of this sake, "Dezejo," is an alias of Hamamatsu Castle, named after the successive lords of the castle who succeeded Ieyasu, many of whom rose to important positions in the Edo Shogunate. It is a traditional dry sake, that feeling of a hot throat. Hamamatsu is also the setting for a major TV drama, and Hamamatsu is hot and exciting.

The light blue color with goldfish, fireworks, sunflowers, and wind chimes is cool, and the fluent white font further expresses the sense of sake. I imagined it would have a greenish smell because of the name "Numazu, Shizuoka," but it was crisp or smooth? But it was crisp or smooth? I was expecting it to have a greenish taste, but it was crisp and smooth.
