I got this at a sake brewery when I stopped by Kurayoshi on a trip. It was 20 degrees Celsius, sharp and dry sake🍶 I bought this one after being allowed to sample a variety of sake. I was told by the store staff that it was very strong, but it was very weak!

☀️ Saijo Sake Festival. Sake Hiroba. The difference from previous events is that the whole town of Saijo is drinking from noon 😅. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

@ Daikokuya Liquor Store Maniacal selection of products, I thought I would go back. Rice used is Kame-no-o. It has a gaseous taste with a crisp and clean aftertaste. It is gorgeous. The sweetness is a little strong, but it goes in smoothly. It was a solid and delicious sake ❗️.

It feels light and refreshing for a moment, but then it hits you hard right after. It is quite sweet when drunk on its own, but when paired with a meal, it feels very spicy 😳. Well, even by itself, the spiciness comes through in the latter half of the bottle 😅. It has a sweetness like honey or sugar candy. I think the Sandesi watered down raw sake I bought at Harukas was easier to drink 🤔. It's easier to drink if you take it out of the fridge and let it sit for a bit 😋. I think I prefer Sandesi's raw sake in total because it's watered down and has more flavor.
