#Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

Natsuko Monogatari Junmai Ginjo This is refreshingly dry! Even more crisp than Ki. It went well with grilled tuna and swordfish in the latter half*.

Bought directly from the Mukho Sake Brewery... Aroma: Slightly cemedine? As the label on the back says, it's a solid and heavy sake. It is like a local sake, and the bitterness in the aftertaste is a bit of a problem, but...it soaks into your guts...it goes well with strong flavored snacks...smoked hoya and stewed tuna...I enjoy it with a little bit of it....

This is also a gift from my youngest son... a local Chichibu sake from my hometown of Chichibu, Saitama. I know you may not like it, but...it goes well with Chichibu's hormone...and today's snack was...freshly kama-age shirasu (dried young sardines) from Miura, Kanagawa Prefecture.

飲みたいけどお酒のストックがない😔 という時の心強い味方🍶 アル添カップ酒も馬鹿にできませんね。 おいしくいただきました😊
Sake made with red rice. Purchased at the brewery. It is easy to drink with low alcohol content, but the base flavor is pretty classic, light and dry. It is light and easy to drink, so it is not suitable for drinking on the rocks or with soda.

Rice used is unknown There is a bunch! It has a very "Yamahaku" feeling. The sense of maturity is also there. The taste is dry, but the sweetness is spreading on the tongue. The sharpness is not bad either. As the temperature rises, it becomes milder. This type of sake tastes better when it is not too cold.

I'm at my new place today! We had a glass of local sake at the busi-hotel to pray for a new start👍. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and the flavor in the mouth is like custard cream or banana au lait! The texture is also soft on the tongue. I think I may have never tasted such a soft sake! And there is a mushroom-like taste in the aftertaste. There was also a sake from my new job, but I didn't dare to drink it. I'll leave it for the future 😌.

KANCHIKU Special Junmai (Nagano, Chikumanishiki Shuzo) Purchased at the souvenir corner at Sakuhira Station. The aroma has a sweet nuance of rice malt with a hint of alcohol. The mouthfeel is soft and mild, with umami and spiciness in the middle part of the mouth, but there is a little bit of a cloying taste. The aftertaste is dry and heavy. The impression is classic and robust. Preferred Score: 5.5/10 Aroma: 1.0|Mouthfeel: 1.0|Mid palate: 0.5|Final taste: 1.0|Price: 2 👩🦰 Wife: 7/10 "It's so sweet!

Today, too, I wanted to drink. I went to Tobu Ikebukuro for the first time in a while 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️. In the event corner, I found 🟪The pink label stands out! It's a sake from Kyoto, isn't it⤴︎︎? I'm going to choose this one 💁🏼♂️️. Open the bottle! ✨Pon~✨and a surprisingly good sound! Then, a sip... the rice flavor from the mouthful of acidity ⤴︎ and the aftertaste, great! It's delicious 😋! Shall we continue to watch 24 hours TV?

Nanamaru's Nama Sake 🍶. As always, a bold drink! Plenty of umami stored in the bottle The strong acidity also tightens the taste. Sake that is quite drinkable! It has been a long time since I wanted to drink it. I got the news of new sake! I will enjoy it slowly.
