However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged.
The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma.

Kiku Bijin Sake Brewery in Miyama City
This is the first time I have heard of this sake brewery!
According to honda's post, Kitahara Hakushu's sister married into the Kikubijin Brewery, so the brewery has a connection with Kitahara Hakushu.

It is light, fruity, and has a beautiful taste, but it tastes like an off-flavor.
