Tasting is a great value for a little bit of everything 😍.
From the look of the label, one can imagine that it is fresh and fruity. From the moment it is poured into the glass, it has a nice citrus aroma. Fresh aroma and sweetness spreads. Sweet! I thought it was sweet, but it was only for a moment. I thought it was grapefruit, but the acidity is so strong that it might be lemon. It is a 14% alcohol original sake. Even if you warm it up, the strong sour taste does not change much.

I usually have sweet miso soup with onions and fried tofu, but satsuma soup with chicken and root vegetables really fills you up🎶.
It's good for your health without the 🍚 finish.

I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time...
I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`)
I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo...
What a waste 😭😭😭
The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

I saw this brand for the first time at Togoshiginza station, so I bought it. This brewery brews "IWANOI".
This is a "white label". There seem to be dark blue, green, purple, etc.
It is light, mellow, and slightly dry. Good for eating. Impression is a little thin.

My parents gave it to me at home, and I took the opportunity to enjoy it.
The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is refreshingly sweet.
It is easy to drink, and I thought it would be good as an aperitif.
It would go well with sashimi.

Ban-noi Junmai Sake Hanazumu Enji
I realized that I hadn't had any Iwate sake since yesterday, so I thought it was a bad idea and ordered this one!
The alcohol content is light at 13%, but the flavor is rather rich!
It also has a strong acidity, but it is quite sweet and delicious!
