Tonight I'm opening a bottle of Sakurafukietsu🌸... a jun-dai (pure) draft sake from Kanemitsu Shuzo🍶, a local brand in our area.
Kanemitsu Shuzo is a well-known brewer of Kamo Kanehide, which many people like... but they don't ship their Sakurafukietsu series outside of the prefecture? I've only seen it in my hometown or suburbs😅.
Actually, this morning... I went to buy the Kamo Kanehide sake that is only available at the direct sales outlet... but I didn't expect it to be sold out 😨 I got the notice on line on Monday... I didn't expect the 120 bottle limited edition to be sold out on a weekday... 😂... 😂.

Gorgeous apple🍎 strawberry🍓 pear🍐...fruity aroma🤤.
The mouthfeel is quite light and easy to drink 👌Among them, the piquancy derived from the raw sake? The taste is quite light and easy to drink 👌and you can feel a hint of pithiness 🫧 from the raw sake in the middle of it.
Delicious... 😋.
It is really excellent that there is no bitterness or other unpleasant taste in the aftertaste 🥺.
But...because I like it, I wonder where is the distinction between Kamo Kanehide and Sakurafukiyuki brewed by Kanemitsu Shuzo 😅.
After all, they are both delicious and have a similar taste 💧.
Well, I'm not complaining because they are generally delicious 😓.

Local brand of Kamogane. It is al-soke and has no label on it, so is it a regular sake? The taste is clearly superior to the ginjo class, with a touch of sweetness and a refreshing feeling. I wonder if it is just not labeled. Since it was purchased from a supermarket in Fukuyama, I did not expect such a high level of quality, but I was surprised! Delicious, highly recommended.

Our standard is beer 🍺⇨ 4L cheap shochu... 😭

Well, today is my day off from my day job... but I've been doing a lot of things around the house and it's been an exhausting Sunday 💦.
But...I guess I should have a good cheap local sake with my dinner 😁.

Here's a local all-year-round sake that I didn't report on yet 🍶.
I found this at the local supermarket... but I was looking at the Sake-no-wa app and saw that there are not many reports on it. It's another favorite brand of Kamo Kanehide, "Sakurafukiyuki", which is a standard Junmai sake.
The aroma is not that strong, and the plump rice flavor of Junmai can be served cold, room temperature, or heated 👌.
However... my personal recommendation is the Junmai Ginjo, which is only available at the direct sales shop... please patronize it when you travel to Hiroshima 😆 lol
