This is a gift. It is expensive at 3,000 yen for a four-pack, but I love it. It is said to be the first brewery to ship unpasteurized sake. It is said to be the oldest existing company in Ibaraki Prefecture. It does not have the trendy sweetness at all, but you can taste the umami of the rice, and although it is not fruity, it is very gorgeous. The impression is especially rich when the bottle is just opened, but after 3-4 days, the impression changes to mild. I always drink it chilled, but I would like to try it warmed. But I have never tried it because it would be a shame to miss it. It has been 3,000 yen for a long time now, but I wonder if they will raise the price soon. I would like to buy one before that. 9

( *´*)🍶🍶🍶🍶´- Today I got my first benten which I bought in Yamagata prefecture in GW 😀. I had to buy it because it was a limited edition 🤔. After opening the bottle, it has a mild ginjo aroma 😚 Great expectations 😚 Refreshingly tasty and sweet in the mouth😊 with a clean fresh aftertaste 😍😍😍😍.

#Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

Natsuko Monogatari Junmai Ginjo This is refreshingly dry! Even more crisp than Ki. It went well with grilled tuna and swordfish in the latter half*.

@Osaka Takashimaya Rice used: Yamadanishiki? Sake with full alcohol impact. It is a bit like a dry white wine. It starts with a moist mouthfeel and finishes crisp and clean. It is truly a masterpiece. ‼️

Hyogo is the sake of Himeji City. There are still many sake that I do not know. It is deep~~! It is said to be a mellow dry junmai sake. It is said to be super-harsh, but it did not give that impression. It was rather sweet. By coincidence, the mellow and thick pattern continues. It is also fresh. It is, quite frankly, delicious! It is also good with food. And I think it goes well with ice. I feel like I'm waking up on the rocks (laughs).

Ota Sake Brewery in Shiga, which brews Doukan. This is my first time to try this brand 🍶. It is a rich, robust, unadulterated sake. It is easy to drink without any peculiarities. It has a mild sweetness.

Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.
Drinks consumed at the lunch buffet I had the impression that it had been available in all restaurants for a long time. The taste was "safe". Low alcohol content, no peculiarities Good for lunchtime drinking.

Tonight, I'm dropping my second bottle of the first series as well🤗. This is Yaemon from the Yamatogawa Sake Brewery out of Kitakata, Fukushima ✨. The nose is clean, fruity and citrusy. The first sip has a clean, fruity, citrusy aroma with a hint of green banana sweetness and a dry, crisp finish. It is perfectly suited for a mealtime sake. The rice is undisclosed, but I imagine it to be Gohyakumangoku or Yumenokou, and I like the taste.

[Mutsubu Nigori Sake This is the first bottle I bought at the Fukushima Museum in Nihonbashi. I'm not sure what to make of it. The aroma is like strawberry 🍓. This is the first time I've ever had this kind of beer. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but I think it's a good thing. I don't think it would go well with sashimi... It's a good marriage with rich, sweet and spicy chicken liver 😋I'm sure it would go well with pumpkin stew as well.

Kansai Sake-new year off-line meeting (9) The fun continues ✨ We had a great conversation about the rare sake at the beginning of the party 🍶. Nishibori Tank Gake Shibori. Fruity aroma with a hint of honey, sweetness with no unpleasant taste, and a pleasantly clean aftertaste. This is delicious! I wonder if this is a private brand product of Nishibori Shuzo, a brewery in Tochigi that brews "out of the gate" and a liquor store 🤔. Tochigi love 🥰 even in Kansai offline meeting

Post 1) for skipping it. The grain of the rice was amazing! It's like it's for people who can enjoy the lingering gruel and miscellaneous flavors underneath. Be careful opening the bottle. This was a fun sake 🍶. A rare intoxicating sake for me personally .

SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party Report: 2️⃣ Next up was another unfiltered raw sake✨. Nishibori had never had one before so we decided to order it 💡. It has a strong rice sweetness, and this one is also sweet like Wasanbon, leaving a bit of a lingering taste on the tongue. Upon closer inspection, it was a Tochigi sake 👀. It was like we were all drinking while saying that Tochigi sake is of a high level after all. ⤴️

This is the last of a set of 4 bottles I received as a retirement gift 🍶. 500ml 📌 ¥ gift! Today I'm going to eat with the sake cups Nosaku gave me as a retirement gift! The aroma is still the same, a little fruity💕. The mouthfeel has softened? It's more refreshing and easier to drink than the last two times I drank it 😁Nosaku effect? Today's pairing is 3 kinds of bone mix of sardine, horse mackerel and kiss 💕💕. The sweet and salty flavors go so well💕💕💕 Compatibility is so important 😁😁. It's the best 💕💕💕😁👍

The color is a deep golden 💕💕 The mouthfeel is also old 💕slightly quirky My eldest son and his family came back to Japan today for a party, but my eldest and youngest son didn't like it 😅They didn't seem to like the messy taste 😅I thought it was very unique and interesting 💕💕💕💕

I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. The label is a sheep kept at the brewery. It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. It might be good if it is laid down. There are graininess and nutty nuances. I guess it's normal for a good price. I didn't buy Yamahai because I didn't want the similar taste to continue, but Yamahai might have been better... It's the third day, but I think it's getting sweeter and tastier than the first day.

Rice used is something from Mie Prefecture Aged for 4 years, pale amber in color. Smoky and graininess with the color as it is. The sweetness is elegant, and the spiciness in the aftertaste has an impact on the throat and nose. It is a little peculiar, but I personally like it! I don't know what the original flavor was, but it has a nice aged feel. ❣️
