Rice used is something from Kyushu It was sent together with eel as a hometown tax return gift from Isahaya City❗️. It is a clear and dry sake with good sharpness ‼️. The sweetness is just a hint and goes well with eel. I was curious about the sake brewery that has the same name as Okinawa "Reimei", but I see they are related. It is interesting to see how many things are connected in this industry.

I got this on a trip to Nagasaki last year. I will have it while thinking back to the delicious Turkish rice and Sara Udon noodles 🤤. When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is sweet and fluffy, like pudding or custard. The aroma is gentle and soothing. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky, but as the aroma suggests, it has a pudding-like flavor and a moist sweetness that fills the mouth 🍮. On the other hand, it also has a slightly tangy and pungent acidity that gives it a lightness, so it has a good balance of depth of flavor and a sharpness that goes down your throat👍. In the latter half of the bottle, the astringent taste also comes out, so the flavor can be felt as caramelized. There are also the standard "Yokoyama Goju" and "Rokujyosu", and I remember that I had a lot of trouble finding a variety at the Nagasaki airport. I also drank Nagasaki sake several times, and it seems to me that the level of sake is as high as that of shochu 😌.

My first time at Hanaizumi. And nigori sake! This season, there are a variety of nigori sake, which is very enjoyable. First, the top clear sake. It is moderately sour. After stirring it, it becomes more rounded. The texture is silky (is that the right word?). The glutinous rice is not perceived, though I like rice cakes. I like rice cakes, but I think it's dry. I want to eat Karami rice cake.

Tonight, we will return to Nigori Sake Road and open this bottle 💁. Hanaizumi Jungin Akkatsu Nigorizake 2023BY ✨✨✨✨ It was active, but since it had been absent for a while, it was easy to open the bottle. As usual, we will drink only the top clearings first. It's a bit of lactic acidity, a bit gassy on the tongue, and a nice dry finish 😋😋😋😋😋 After mixing the lees, it's a round adult calpis soda🥤 and it doesn't stop there. I'm still going to enjoy nigori sake 🙌

This sake was a gift from a junior colleague (son of a liquor store owner). It has been a long time since I've had a classic, THE old man's dry sake. There is a sweetness of rice in the back, and it is refreshing. Not bad. After the sweet and juicy sake, we had a glass of So-no-Sato. Not bad. I've only been at work for a little while after the new year, but the three-day weekend is wearing on me. Sake heals me 😄.

It was a gift from a junior colleague at work. I received it last year and remember that it had quite a punchy 🤜 flavor. It has a faint smell of cemedine, and a somewhat chemical 🧪 atmosphere in the mouth, but it has a nice, clean taste that doesn't interfere with the meal 😊. It's only 3 days old and it's getting sweeter and tastier 🙌 I got it in a bottle, so I'm thinking of trying some heated sake with ✖️ on the back label 🧐.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki. The rice polishing ratio is 35%, is it the flagship sake of the brewery? It has a solid ginjo aroma, and while it is basically light and dry, it also has a mild sweetness. There is little miscellaneous taste and the mouthfeel is good. The aftertaste has a good accent of alcohol and a solid flavor. Overall, it is a good sake with a cohesive taste that makes you realize again that the alcoholic version is better for the Daiginjo class.

Last week I visited Dewano-Fuji at Hankyu Department Store, but I went to Umemoto Sake-ten in Nishinakajima because I thought I could find more variety at a special distributor. (Note that they have moved from the location shown on the map of Sake-no-wa, and they have a corner bar inside after 4:00 p.m.) I was a bit lost, so I asked the waitress and she let me try a sample. Melon-like fruity sweet taste. Slightly refreshing? It was delicious, but Junmai Arabashiri seemed rarer, so I bought that one 😊.

The beautiful kaleidoscope-like label is impressive. The taste is sweet with a hint of bitterness at the end. It is refreshing and crisp, but the screw was unusually hard to open, so I think it should be improved. The Junmai Unfiltered Nama-jyu I drank at the end of the year was cheaper and much tastier. I don't know if it's because they use Miyamanishiki, but it tastes a little like the Jokigen I had the other day. A bit 🍇ish.

It is a rare brand, but it was on sale at Aeon, so I bought it immediately. From 40℃. Mild aroma. When you drink it, the umami of rice expands for a moment, and it finishes quickly with a nigori, or "ricey" taste. 50℃ is almost the same. At 50℃, it is almost the same, but when served cold, the sweetness is more pronounced. The rice flavor also expands, and the taste ends up being bitter or pungent. There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. It is truly exquisite. I think it is similar to the Shiroshika Classics Limited Nama-Nihan-shu. It's definitely better than the first unfiltered draft I opened.

I bought it at a product show the other day. I had never heard of this brand, but I tasted it and liked it. It was 19 degrees, so I drank it lightly on the rocks. I paired it with stewed daikon radish and shellfish sashimi as the cold weather deepened. It was moderately dry and went well with sashimi.

We have changed our nickname "Kikushika of Wind Island" to "Evening Drinks Conservation Committee". Thank you for your continued support. This sake, in a plastic bottle with no label, is 10 years old. It is no longer sold, but it was my favorite sake. As expected, it has a lot of old sake flavor and is too strong on its own. When mixed with carbonated soda, it is like a lemon soda with honey added to the tannin, a world I have never tasted before. I crossed the pedestrian bridge, which has been there for a long time, for the first time. It is a town I know, but I saw a view I have never seen before. I took the liberty of drinking this sake thinking it was pure rice. The first sip was a bit harsh, but the next sip was a thick and sweet saké. If you taste it well, it has a fresh feeling, which makes it an interesting sake. I think it was a good choice for the New Year, as it is more like amazake sake. I think it would be delicious warmed up, but I haven't tried it.
