Trip to Aizu
At a Sake Bar in Aizu Wakamatsu
I drank a lot of Aizu sake.
The one that left the biggest impression on me was Kaito Otokoyama.
Special Junmai Yume no Kaoru, warmed to lukewarm
Soft and gentle aroma
Full and smooth!
Nice warmed sake
Good warmed up or cooled down
Pair it with oden for a relaxing night in Aizu
According to the owner, this brewery produces a lot of sake for warming up, and although he intended to make a cold sake, it won a prize in a heated sake contest. This is also a skill.
The next day, at a yakiniku restaurant in Minamiaizu, we drank
Junmai Ginjo Nama-zake (3rd picture)
It had a nice raw ripeness and body.
Nice to pair with horse sashimi.
I really think there are many good sake breweries in Aizu.

Today we have "Nanka", a new axis of Kaito Otokoyama!
My impression of this brewery is that it is "the best in cost performance.
Now, what about this bottle?
It is gentle and easy to drink!
It's delicious,
But I'm not impressed with it.

October Event Month Week 3
Participating in the Toshima Super Ginjo Festival
An event where more than 40 sake breweries affiliated with the Japan Ginjo Sake Association open stalls
It's no secret that the sake that is entered in competitions and the most expensive sake tastes great, so I'll show you what else I was interested in.
Kaito Otokoyama Nanbana
Fukushima-produced Yumeko sake brewed with Nadeshiko flower yeast.
Fruity and juicy, with a rich, mellow flavor that spreads in the mouth afterwards.
If you buy only one bottle of this value-priced jungin, this is the one to go home with!
Weighing the strength of a sake brewery in Fukushima
I drank it last time and enjoyed it, so I repeated it.
This sake was brewed while looking at the sky that the yeast traveled through space to Minamiaizu, Fukushima Prefecture, where the air is clean and the sky is starry. I think it must have been a fun trip to space, judging from the taste.
Souvenir of Minamiaizu Shimomi 2🍶.
The alcohol content is 17 degrees and the viscosity is strong.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity.
It has a refreshing first impression, then a sense of richness, and while it still exudes a hint of melon, it is mellow and thick, with a long aftertaste. It is purely delicious.
Purchased at the Nohmi Sake Shop. Four-part bottle.
Chill it in the refrigerator and drink it.
It tastes strong and strong, with a high alcohol content of 15%.
It is a strong tasting sake!
Serve with sashimi from the fishmonger's!
Today's closing!
What's that? I think I like dry sake.
It's a bottle that will make you think 👍
Modern spicy? I guess it's called 😅
I drink dry sometimes but in the end I like sake 🍶🥰.
In the mouth, there is a clean aroma and spiciness.
But as is typical of Tajima sake, the sweetness comes first, followed by the bitterness. Delicious!
