This sake was a gift from a junior colleague (son of a liquor store owner).
It has been a long time since I've had a classic, THE old man's dry sake. There is a sweetness of rice in the back, and it is refreshing.
Not bad.
After the sweet and juicy sake, we had a glass of So-no-Sato.

I've only been at work for a little while after the new year, but the three-day weekend is wearing on me.

It was a gift from a junior colleague at work.
I received it last year and remember that it had quite a punchy 🤜 flavor.
It has a faint smell of cemedine, and a somewhat chemical 🧪 atmosphere in the mouth, but it has a nice, clean taste that doesn't interfere with the meal 😊.
It's only 3 days old and it's getting sweeter and tastier 🙌
I got it in a bottle, so I'm thinking of trying some heated sake with ✖️ on the back label 🧐.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki.
The rice polishing ratio is 35%, is it the flagship sake of the brewery?
It has a solid ginjo aroma, and while it is basically light and dry, it also has a mild sweetness. There is little miscellaneous taste and the mouthfeel is good.
The aftertaste has a good accent of alcohol and a solid flavor.
Overall, it is a good sake with a cohesive taste that makes you realize again that the alcoholic version is better for the Daiginjo class.
