This brand is only sold at a liquor store in Akita called Sugakyu Shoten! I was attracted by the rarity of being able to buy it only there, but it was delicious and I was able to enjoy the afterglow of my trip even after my business trip to Akita.

My husband bought this sake as a souvenir from his business trip to Nagano! Actually, he also bought me another limited edition sake from the brewery, which I personally liked better (I should have taken a picture of it...) At that time, I was just starting to slowly get into sake and was indifferent to the rarity of sake, but I'm confident I can react better now 😂 lol

No photo of this one either! I became completely addicted to Shinsei on my business trip to Akita, so I went looking for a local place where I could drink it. Compared to the Shinsei I've had in the past, the aroma and the feeling in the mouth are mild. It is slightly sweet and does not interfere with food, so it was a dangerous sake that I could easily drink it without hesitation. Each Niimasa has a strong personality, but they are all delicious! I would like to try different sakes again 😳🤍.

I was very impressed when I drank it on a business trip to Akita! I didn't know such a delicious sake existed...! Compared to the sake I have had in the past, it was rich, sweet, and mellow...! I saw this at a liquor store on my trip and just had to try it...! It was a little gassy and fruity at the beginning, but as the gas drained out, the sweetness became more robust, and I personally liked it better than right after opening the bottle 🥰.

I drank it on a trip to Takamatsu. It was a delicious drink, clean, fruity, and did not interfere with food 🍶. I asked for one sake and they gave me a whole bottle and said, "We only have a little left! I ended up drinking about 1.5 gos of sake.

Hououmida, famous for its fruity and gorgeous taste, made its debut in Hiyahoroshi✨. The hiya oroshi is supposed to have a rather calm and gentle taste, but the fruity flavor was still there! I can't wait to drink another brand! I'm excited to have a bottle of Houou Mita, a gift from my relatives, sitting in my fridge 💫.

Kariho was my favorite out of all the drinks we compared! The melon flavor made it easy to drink! I'm glad I had the chance to try this sake, as I think it is limited to Akita Prefecture and is not something we have many chances to drink locally!
