The aroma is subdued. ❗️ The taste is very umami 👍. The aftertaste is clean and you won't get tired of drinking it. It's a sake that you can keep drinking 😅. A friend of mine said that if he had come all the way to Toyama, he would have had a variety of both Katsikoma and Haneya, but Hayashi had never had them. We compared two types of sake rice, Gohyakumangoku and Dewanosato. Both were to his liking, but the Dewa-no-sato was more acidic and better. Purchased at Yokohama Takashimaya Rice used is Kame-no-o type Koshihikari produced in Kasama City The alcohol is a little strong, but the taste is smooth and not like an unfiltered draft. This is the fifth brewery in Saku's sake brewery series. This is a rare bottle as it has recently met with a fire and is closed. We happened to find it at a one-day spa and secured it. This sake is from Goryonokura, a sake brewery in Hakodate of the Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery. I drank it in a sake cup that I bought as a souvenir at Kitaichi Glass in Otaru. At home. This is the last in the Shiga Sake series. It has a gorgeous aroma, sweetness and acidity in the mouth, and a very refreshing taste that finishes with a light bitterness. I had three kinds of Shiga Sake, Taga, Laughing Season, and Nikkoku-Tsuchisei, and I would like to try the other kinds again.
