Aroma: fruity, 50% polished rice, so the first sip is promising...quite heavy...I thought it would be sweet, but it has a very local sake feel to it! It's a robust, rich, umami-guchi (delicious mouthfeel) .... I was expecting it to be sweet, but it is quite local....
