Today we had our first Kamo Kanehide 😋.
The aroma is mild 🤔The mouthfeel is gaseous, with a beautiful umami and refreshing sweetness, and the finish is fresh and acidic to finish it off 😊.
It was a delicious sake that made me want to drink more and more 🥳.
