Another bottle I bought at Hasegawa-san in Tokyo station. The first time for Otokoyama-san in Yamagata This is also the original label of Hasegawa-san. I have a new impression of Ehime sake 😁. I had never had much Ehime sake before, but I had an image of it being somewhat mellow and dry. This sake is completely different, it is light and slightly acidic, and together with the bitterness in the aftertaste, it is somehow like grapefruit 😊. It also has a bit of a fizzy feel and is very easy to drink as there is no unpleasant spiciness that lingers in the throat 😋. If it were a little more sour, I think I would find it too sour for me, but this level of sourness is just right 😄. I'm only one bottle away from the nationwide domination of the four-gouple bottles or more limited edition. The last one is in Osaka, when can I achieve it? 😅
