Shizuoka Sake Tour. Gotemba's Kinmei Ryotama Junmai Ginjo, alc.16%. When served in the refrigerator, it has a subtle cider-like aroma. The aroma does not change much in the mouth, and after the alcohol and weak acidity, the umami of rice comes easily. The aftertaste is stimulated by alcohol, but it is not an unpleasant attack, but rather a strange numbing sensation and heat. There is no significant change even when the temperature is set to room temperature. Should we wait a few days? Two days later, the alcoholic stimulation has disappeared, and the umami of the rice has become noticeably mellower. The aroma is still cider-like, so the overall impression is that it is a cross between sake and mead. This is good.

Another bottle I bought at Hasegawa-san in Tokyo station. The first time for Otokoyama-san in Yamagata This is also the original label of Hasegawa-san. The rice used is Miyamanishiki, so it's the same as "Junmai-shu Gold Label". Anyway, it was a delicious sake with a lot of fullness. I have a new impression of Ehime sake 😁. I had never had much Ehime sake before, but I had an image of it being somewhat mellow and dry. This sake is completely different, it is light and slightly acidic, and together with the bitterness in the aftertaste, it is somehow like grapefruit 😊. It also has a bit of a fizzy feel and is very easy to drink as there is no unpleasant spiciness that lingers in the throat 😋. If it were a little more sour, I think I would find it too sour for me, but this level of sourness is just right 😄. I'm only one bottle away from the nationwide domination of the four-gouple bottles or more limited edition. The last one is in Osaka, when can I achieve it? 😅

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink.
