Although the rice polishing ratio is 60%, it has a complex flavor. It is supposed to be a junmai sake, but it is unusual in that it gives me a hangover. There is a bit of bitterness.
When I went on a trip to Kanazawa last year, I told the liquor store that I like dry wine, and they recommended this bottle to me. It is crisp and dry, but has a refreshing taste and a sweet rice aftertaste.
Currently, orders seem to have been suspended due to the Noto earthquake, but I highly recommend sake lovers to try it.
Nigori sake series from Ishikawa. The supernatant is already quite sweet from the aroma. It has a rich sweetness like caramel. It is the complete opposite of the dry Honjozo sake we used to drink in the past, which is super sweet. There is no gassiness and the sugar content is 14.2%. Even when nigori ingredients were mixed in, it became only slightly dry. There is little acidity and a little astringency. The honjozo is very clear and dry, so it is a different story.
Nobuhomare
Off the menu, I ordered a fruity type!
So this is how it's supposed to be...! It's a little bit peculiar... lol
It smells good, but the aroma is a bit peculiar! LOL!

Drink and cheer 📣✊.
This sake is from Shimizu Sake Brewery in Kawai-cho, Wajima, which suffered a big fire after the Noto Peninsula earthquake. The building was not completely destroyed or destroyed by fire, but there was a lot of damage 😢This is the first sake from the brewery I have ever had.
The aroma is only a little, and the sake is a solid amber color🤔It says it is dry, but it has a refreshing umami taste😊The sweetness and acidity are moderate and the aftertaste is super refreshing😚✨You will not get tired of drinking it and it will go down easy😇
It's a delicious sake that can reset your palate during a meal 🥳👍.
Good morning, Maecin-san 😃.
In Tochigi, there are a lot of sake named Nikko Honor or Fat Fat Honor 🍶🤗I hope Noto will be restored and we will be able to drink the honorable sake and I want to support them 😌.
Hearing that Kanazawa is in the midst of a tourist slump, the wife and I went to Kanazawa Oden, and I had mixed feelings about being able to easily get into a restaurant that usually has a long line. A few restaurants were closed temporarily. Kanazawa was hardly damaged by the earthquake, and I hope everyone will come to Kanazawa!
Now, Senmaida, rice from Senmaida in Wajima is partially used. Although it is junmai, it is not that heavy and easy to drink. It is light and crisp. The wife also likes it.
The waitress said there were only 3 bottles left and that she would not be able to drink them for a while! We hope it will come back.
A set of sake at a certain restaurant in Kanazawa City!
Noto Homare is a dry, refreshing sake. Takeba is also good. Tetorigawa is full of rich sweetness and umami.
It was a good restaurant, good snacks, and good sake.
It is a robust sake. The crisp aftertaste further enhances its compatibility with Japanese food. Although dry, it has a softness. It has been sitting in the refrigerator for more than half a year, but there is no problem with the taste and it can be kept on hand for a long time.
