I have a new impression of Ehime sake 😁. I had never had much Ehime sake before, but I had an image of it being somewhat mellow and dry. This sake is completely different, it is light and slightly acidic, and together with the bitterness in the aftertaste, it is somehow like grapefruit 😊. It also has a bit of a fizzy feel and is very easy to drink as there is no unpleasant spiciness that lingers in the throat 😋. If it were a little more sour, I think I would find it too sour for me, but this level of sourness is just right 😄. I'm only one bottle away from the nationwide domination of the four-gouple bottles or more limited edition. The last one is in Osaka, when can I achieve it? 😅

The taste of the rice and the fruity taste can be felt, but it is not too dense. A pleasant sourness. There is also a feeling of juicy melon. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui.

There was nothing to do because of the typhoon, so I procured some at a local liquor store. It is a gentle sake that does not make your taste buds tingle. It is a good summer sake with a deep flavor, but it goes down easily.

It is a slightly sweet sake that is easy to drink. I was told at a sake shop that it is best to drink it as is at first and mix it with ori later. ☺️ The alcohol content is 15%, which reaffirms my belief that sake is easy to drink up to 15% alcohol.
