It was completely destroyed by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, but was rebuilt in the spring of the following year and named "Kuzo" (meaning "empty storehouse"), again starting from "zero" (空).
What a mellow Junmai Daiginjo! It has a sweet top-shelf aroma with a hint of alcohol. The taste is not fruity or sour, but rather a spicy sweetness that dominates the tongue.
The liquid has a slight yellowish tinge, and the legs are thin and clear.
