Nakajimaya Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake The aroma is capsicum + a hint of nama-zake! The taste is a gorgeous pineapple flavor, just like the aroma! The taste is a complex mixture of various flavors such as lactic acidity and caramel...(but it is quite crisp...) A strange drink in a good way! ☺️) I bought a bottle because the store owner recommended it so highly! I'm going to taste it carefully! 🥰

Ryuki Junmai Ginjo Hatsu Shibori Nama The aroma smells of alcohol and cemedine! The mouthfeel is as alcoholic as the aroma, and the same feeling is felt all the way down the throat! The taste is moderate in sweetness and acidity, and is quite suitable for a mid-meal drink! ☺️ I haven't tasted Ryuki since its peach-colored nigori! I was surprised by the completely different dry taste, but on the other hand, it was a good bottle that could be paired with a variety of things! I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

Tenkanishiki Junmai Ginjyo Suzuka Brewing The aroma is a mixture of lactic acid smell and caramel aroma! It's hard to describe... The mouthfeel has a solid sweet and sour atmosphere, but it disappears without completely dominating the palate...(good sharpness 😁) Totally different from the sake I've had before - (interesting!) I bought it because I had seen it on SNS! Sake is profound! 🥰

Aizu Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Aroma: Vinegar iso + alcohol smell Taste is stable rummy sweetness! The cork didn't pop like it did last year, and the gassiness was almost imperceptible (quite tame 😉 ). I wonder if the alcohol is as strong as the aroma. I wonder if the gassiness will increase if I leave it at room temperature for a few days. Let's give it a try!

Jikin Special Junmai Nigori Sake Nama Aroma: Vinegar iso & cucumber smell (also yogurt smell) Anyway, it is very gassy! But the sweetness comes out well, so it's not too dry and easy to drink! (When I drank it at a restaurant before, it was a bit limp... but it's different when it's just opened! It's different when you open the bottle!) Thanks to the liquor store, I have obtained it for 4 years in a row! I hope to find more in the future... 🙏.

Jyushidai Ookyokamisei Ryu no Otoko The aroma is a lustrous cappuccino 🍍 The taste is just as gorgeous and fruity as the aroma! The taste is just as gorgeous and fruity as the aroma! Takeyuu Special Junmai Nigori Sake The aroma has a strong smell of koji (vinegar iso?). On the palate, the sweetness is rather strong, but it instantly disappears... It's so clean that you'd think it was a sake (I didn't feel any koji at all while drinking it). It's strange that I can't find any comment at all even though there are many tastes in the atmosphere... 🧐. At first glance, it's a clear and clean sake! One square is right!

Urasato Junmai Ginjyo Miyamanishiki The aroma is like a vinegar etch + yogurt type 🍦? The sweetness and acidity all come together to make a statement! But it's not too rich and surprisingly cohesive...it's kind of strange! It's a wonder! (It's not fruity, but rather sugary and mellow) I bought it because it's not easy to buy it near me! Ugo no Tsuki Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu Nakakumi The aroma is of vinegar and alcohol. The overall impression is mild, but the mouthfeel is sweet-umami, and the acidity starts to show its face in the middle of the taste. Mimuro cedar - limited edition sake KINOTOMI in the year of the Snake The aroma is of vinegared iso plus a hint of lactic acidity. The sweet and sour clean taste that is typical of Mimuro-sugi is mixed with the complexity from Bodai-hashiro. The aroma is sweet and acidic, which is typical of Mimuro Sugi, mixed with a complexity from Bodai Hashimoto, which is beautiful but also thick, a taste that you don't find in many others! 😍😍 I drank it with mozzarella cheese at ♾️! Ohmine 3grain Hi-ire Omachi The aroma is stable, with a hint of vinegared iso (vinegar). The palate is quite sweet, but the umami strength (complexity) that is typical of Omachi comes out and the overall taste is stylish and cohesive! It's a very stylish wine! Yamazan Junmai Ginjo Hitogochochi Usunigori The aroma is strongly capricious! The 🍍 It has a hard impression because of the gasiness! There is a hint of pineapple flavor, but overall the aroma is very subdued. It has a light nigorigo taste, but it is rather clear even when stirred and poured! It is a little cloudy, but even when stirred and poured, it is still relatively clear! I have the impression that it became hard to find at once! If I come across it again, I will buy it!

Banshu Issen Junmai Shichihou Junmai Lees Tangle Nama The aroma is quite melon. Strong gasiness! Not as fruity as the aroma, but still melon-like fruity! Isoboast Seishun Special Junmai Aroma is of the vinegared iso type, but subdued? 🍌 Dry, as is typical of Isoboast! It has a hint of banana-type fruity flavor, but is quite refreshing and easy to drink! (Less alcoholic than expected and can be ♾️ drunk with sashimi! 🐟🍶) PB in only 8 stores! I'm glad I was able to buy the special pure because it's rare! 😍

Aizu Musume Junmai Ginjo Jo Aroma is vinegared etch + alcohol smell ☺️ Mouthfeel is sweet and pineapple-like! The acidity and alcohol taste comes out stronger in the middle, leaving a clean aftertaste! This is my first time to try this brand! I think it's good to drink it cold! I've never had this brand before!
