Sanomorosugi, Ogi-nomi (Ogi-nomi for sake brewing)
The aroma is similar to the normal ogomomi (plus a little bit of ori smell).
The taste is also beautifully sweet and acidic with the added mellowness characteristic of orikarami! 😶🌫️
I wonder if the aftertaste is unique to orizake? I'm not sure 😉.
I've heard that if you let it sit for a while, the gassiness will become more pronounced! Looking forward to the changes 🤩.
