Yamazan Junmai Daiginjo Yamae Nishiki Usunigori Strong gas feeling when opening the bottle! The aroma is kapu kapu! The aroma is capsicum capsicum! The taste is not as strong as the aroma and is quite dry! The taste is clean and clean, with a hint of pineapple taste (maybe it's similar to fruit flavored soda water? ☺️) This is a brewery that's on my radar, so I'll have to keep up with ☑️!

KURAMOTO Rohafu BODAIMOTO Light The aroma seems to have a strong acidity (modern sake yeast strain 😘). As with the aroma, the overall taste is sweet and acidic! The mouthfeel is sweetness of Wasanbon type, and stimulating acidity of lactic acid type 😌. It is interesting to see the difference in each brewery even though it is called Bodhi yeast! You have to drink a lot 😁. #Sake #KURAMOTO

Collage Junmai Ginjo Orikarami It has a strong orizumi smell! (It also has a hint of banana aroma) It has a rather strong orizumi aroma! The gasiness is almost the same as last year's 1st batch, but the sweetness is stronger 😙. I wonder if the nigori of Miyazumi also had almost no gas when I opened the bottle, or if it was made differently or something? I'm not sure 🧐.

Mimuro cedar, Bodhi yeast yeast, Dew leaf wind, Origara-mi The aroma is a pleasant vinegared iso that is typical of Mimuro Sugi. The taste is also stable banana 🍌 Like the two types of ogoragami that came out in December, it has a slight gasiness and gentle sweetness that fills the mouth 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰. New from this season? I still like Mimuro Sugi's orizake. ❤️(low alcohol and easy to drink~)

Nanbu Bijin Sake Mirai The aroma is a gorgeous pineapple aroma 🍍 The taste is as pineapple as the aroma. The taste is as pineapple as the aroma 🥰, and the alcohol taste is quite strong in the middle, so the aftertaste is quite refreshing! (I have the impression that most of the Sake Mirai sake is capsule type...why is that?)

shintakachi-yo e type Aroma is like ripe raisins! 😃 The taste is also quite sweet and rich! Not fruity but all the sweet and sour umami are strong... but it's low alcohol so surprisingly you can drink it lazily without getting tired of drinking! 😊 (I appreciate the fact that it has a strong flavor, as low-alcoholic liquors tend to have a rather watery pattern! 🥰)

Asahi Ei Tokubetsu Junmai Namaishu Oragaraumi The aroma is of a vinegared iso type, with a slightly strong alcohol smell. The palate has a beautiful banana-like sweetness! The impression is that it is a well-balanced type of sake, sweet at first and then disappearing nicely and neatly in the middle! (I didn't feel any orikomi at all!) This is also a brand new to me! I bought it on a hunch and it was a great decision! I was right!

Choyo Fukumusume Yamadanishiki Dry Junmai Sake Light Nigori Nama The aroma is faintly greefy! 😌. The mouthfeel is quite refreshing as it calls itself dry (with a hint of sweetness)! (The sweetness is just a little bit.) However, it does not have a strong alcohol taste and has a sharp sharpness... It seems to be the best match as a food sake! I could not buy this sake because I did not have a chance to buy it! I'm glad I was able to buy it! I'm glad I got it!

AKABU SNOW EXTRA The aroma gives the impression of a strong oak smell. ☺️ The taste is slightly gaseous and has a strong acidity! (There is also a strong sweetness that is typical of Akabu! Aizu Musume Junmai Ginjo Yukigasumi no Sato The aroma is a beautiful vinegared iso-type! Sweet on the palate! But the taste becomes strange from the middle (sourness and bitterness? (The acidity and bitterness may be a type I've never had before!) It is 15 degrees, but I feel it is much stronger! This is an image I've seen a lot on SNS this season! It's kind of addictive 🥰.

Hashu Sake Mirai Aroma is a gorgeous vinegared iso-type? (No gassy feeling, but it tastes like rummy!). No unpleasant taste at all, pleasant until the end 😍(the alcohol is subtly released at the end and the taste is sharp!) I think I'm starting to see a little bit of the future of sake. Shoyuki Yamadaho Junmai Daiginjo The aroma is peculiar, like that of a Yamahai-type sake! The aroma is like that of a Yamahai type sake 😮. Unlike the aroma, the taste has a gentle sweetness and refreshing acidity - not at all tiring to drink! It's easy to drink with an atmosphere that seems to suit a vinegar-iso type of food sake, which is typical of Shizuoka sake! It's easy to drink!

Yamamoto Butterfly Purple Aroma smells of lactic acid and alcohol. Taste is fruity, like a mixture of capsicum and iso! Wakanami Junmai-shu Namaishu The aroma is of the vinegar-etching type typical of namaishu 😀 The mouthfeel is quite sweet and juicy! Mouthfeel is quite sweet and juicy! The taste is quite sweet and juicy on the palate 😍and yet it becomes quite refreshing and clean in the middle...(I bought it after being recommended by others, but I didn't expect it to be so easy to drink!) Abe Ipponjime Junmai Ginjo Strong oriented smell 🙂. Gentle sweetness on the palate! It has a gentle sweetness on the palate with a gentleness that is typical of Abe! Greffle type acidity comes in the middle! 😍 The gasiness is quite just right and light to drink! (The alcohol content of 12 is also good, not too heavy! 🥰) Abe also won the liquor store award! Nakajimaya Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake The aroma is capsicum + a hint of nama-zake! The taste is a gorgeous pineapple flavor, just like the aroma! Ryuki Junmai Ginjo Hatsu Shibori Nama The aroma smells of alcohol and cemedine! The mouthfeel is as alcoholic as the aroma, and the same feeling is felt all the way down the throat! The taste is moderate in sweetness and acidity, and is quite suitable for a mid-meal drink! ☺️ I haven't tasted Ryuki since its peach-colored nigori! I was surprised by the completely different dry taste, but on the other hand, it was a good bottle that could be paired with a variety of things! I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

Tenkanishiki Junmai Ginjyo Suzuka Brewing The aroma is a mixture of lactic acid smell and caramel aroma! It's hard to describe... The mouthfeel has a solid sweet and sour atmosphere, but it disappears without completely dominating the palate...(good sharpness 😁) Totally different from the sake I've had before - (interesting!) Aizu Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Aroma: Vinegar iso + alcohol smell Taste is stable rummy sweetness! The cork didn't pop like it did last year, and the gassiness was almost imperceptible (quite tame 😉 ). I wonder if the alcohol is as strong as the aroma. I wonder if the gassiness will increase if I leave it at room temperature for a few days. Let's give it a try!

Jikin Special Junmai Nigori Sake Nama Aroma: Vinegar iso & cucumber smell (also yogurt smell) Anyway, it is very gassy! But the sweetness comes out well, so it's not too dry and easy to drink! (When I drank it at a restaurant before, it was a bit limp... but it's different when it's just opened! It's different when you open the bottle!) Thanks to the liquor store, I have obtained it for 4 years in a row! I hope to find more in the future... 🙏.
