Mimuro Cedar Natsujun Aroma is vinegar iso as usual + a little stronger alcohol. The aroma is a little stronger than usual, with a little less sweetness and more acidity than the usual Romanshu series! It has a good balance of lightness and flavor, just like a summer sake. Yokoyama Goju Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki BLACK Capsicum mixture + slight yogurt smell 🍍🍌🍦. Mouthfeel is fresh and firm sweetness like white grapes! The taste is rather thick and lingers until the end! But it disappears as soon as you swallow it, which is strange 🫥. I like Hiragana Yokoyama, but I personally prefer the Yokoyama Goju series! 😍

HIROKI Special Junmai The aroma is a stable vinegared iso-type 🍌. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet, and the acidity starts to show in the middle. Honami Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku Marine Blue Strong vinegar-etching smell (maybe because it's a raw sake? 🤔) Mouthfeel is less sweet and more acidic raisin-like! 😆 As the label says, it is dry and would go well with seafood! (The slight bitterness in the aftertaste also seems to increase appetite!) When I saw this sake before, I couldn't buy it because it was only available in one bottle! I'm glad I could drink it!

Light but not thin because it has a strong taste...balance god! 😍 It's 5,000 yen for a bottle, but you won't regret the taste! I want to buy it again next year 🥰.

It's a sake that has been sitting for 6 months, but it's quite sweet! It's like a 🤩 cider type of clear sweetness occupies the mouth, and then acidity & bitterness finish it off in the middle! 😍 I could feel the sweetness more firmly than right after it came out! I still love orizake. ❤️
