Tamitsu First Press New Sake Kaminoho The aroma is unique to unpasteurized sake? Vinegared ethiose (mango 🥭 feeling too). Gorgeous tropical fruit type sweetness, just like the aroma! It is juicy and robust, so it is best to drink it tightly chilled! The last one I bought was a stronger malic acid one, but I wonder if this is the general model? It was sweet! 🥰 #Sake

Mimuro cedar Hana kyun The aroma is the same as usual, vinegar iso🥰. Not to mention the taste is beautifully sweet~! Much less gassy than last year? I have the impression that the gassiness is much less than last year, but thanks to that you can really feel the sweetness 😍. The aftertaste is typical of Omachi? It also has depth! I was able to buy it again this year! I want to drink more and more 🍶.

Shinkai KT-901 The aroma has a strong acidic and alcoholic smell. Mouthfeel is like a modern sake with a strong sweet, sour and umami taste. It has a firm taste, but the rest in the mouth cavity from the middle is refreshing! 😗(The acidity is squeaky clean!) I was told that KT-901 is a yeast based on Kyokai No. 9 that is capable of producing more acid! I learned a lot 📖.

Kameizumi CEL-24 Aroma: Pineapple as usual 🍍 Taste: Pineapple as usual! The taste is also stable pineapple!　I haven't bought this in about a year, but it is sweet and to my liking! Amego no Tsuki Special Junmai Thirteen Nights Nama Sake The moment the bottle was opened, it flew open and about 10% gushed out💦. Strong gassy feeling! (like sparkling sake). No oriki feeling, but the bitterness from it is strong 💦. The impression is that it has a strong bitterness 💪 It is dry and refreshing, with a moderate sweetness. I wonder if it is less sweet and more gaseous than before? (Is it just because there was a short period of time between filling and drinking? I'm not sure 🧐)

Sei Sake Mother Active Sake As usual, a unique aroma typical of yeast yeast yeast! (smells like avocado for some reason) Sweet and acidic, with a gaseous taste! (It didn't explode like last year 😌) I didn't feel any alcohol at all, just regular juice! 🥰. It was one of those drinks that I wish many people would try as an easy drinking alcoholic beverage!

Tenmei Peach Tenmei Special Honjozo Nikka Aroma is tropical fruit type like mango Rather clear sweet and acidic! It is not at all thick and can be drunk smoothly like water! It's a honjozo sake, but it doesn't have an alcoholic feel at all! It's a pure sake, but it doesn't have any alky feeling at all! This bottle was highly recommended by the store owner! It is a honjozo but with 50% polished rice and costs around 1,700 yen 🙆.

Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Namaishu Mirai The aroma is unmistakably cappuccinatory The taste is the same as usual 🍍! Hanaboe Mizuhashi x Mizuhashi Nigori Nama Sake The aroma has a strong acid smell typical of mizu-hashiroshi. The nose has a strong acidity smell typical of mizu-hashiroshi and a yellowish appearance with a slight gassiness! The citric acidity is mixed with a heavy sweetness like honey, making it hard to believe that it is sake. I'd like to try it with vanilla ice cream! I'll have to buy some next year! 🤩

(If I didn't hold it down, it would have flown off 😁) It has a strong smell of oak, and as you drink it, you can't really feel it! Morishima Junmai Daiginjo Comet Aroma is a mixture of cemedine and banana smell 🍌. Quite dry as expected. It has a gentle sweetness typical of iso-type sake and a slightly strong acidity! Clean to the aftertaste, good as a food sake 🍌. I bought this after re-reading last year's dancyu! I bought it after re-reading last year's dancyu! "The fleeting aftertaste makes me want to drink more and more sake!

Okura Special Junmai Arabashiri Unfiltered Nama Sake The nose has a strong yogurt smell and a muscat 🍇🟢 type aroma. The taste is fruity with a strong umami acidity! It has a strong richness, but somehow it seems light and refreshing... strange! This sake uses Kyokai No. 1 yeast, which is quite rare! (It is interesting to note that Okura-san uses a variety of yeasts!)

The mouthfeel is sweetness of Wasanbon type, and stimulating acidity of lactic acid type 😌. It is interesting to see the difference in each brewery even though it is called Bodhi yeast! Collage Junmai Ginjo Orikarami It has a strong orizumi smell! (It also has a hint of banana aroma) It has a rather strong orizumi aroma! The gasiness is almost the same as last year's 1st batch, but the sweetness is stronger 😙. Nanbu Bijin Sake Mirai The aroma is a gorgeous pineapple aroma 🍍 The taste is as pineapple as the aroma. Not fruity but all the sweet and sour umami are strong... but it's low alcohol so surprisingly you can drink it lazily without getting tired of drinking! 😊 (I appreciate the fact that it has a strong flavor, as low-alcoholic liquors tend to have a rather watery pattern! 🥰)
