shubonne -Nagori Aroma: Strong orizine smell? It is very sweet and sour because it is made from pressed sake mother! (It's like a sweet-sour-sour-sweet 🤪) It is more like a juice than a sake. I haven't had this in a year and a half! It's good to have a bottle of this kind of light sake at home so that I can drink it in gulps even when I'm tired.

Isshuisei X-factor The gasiness is at a level that makes you feel as if you are about to blow out! Aroma: Slightly alcoholic + corky smell. Although it is a kijo sake, the sweetness is quite moderate! The strong acidity and gassiness give it a refreshing impression! Mimuro Sugi Junmai Ginjo Omachi Hiyoroshi Stronger than usual? Banana aroma (with a slight caramelized taste) Beautiful sweetness and acidity, typical of the Romain series! 😍Like hiyaoroshi? Hououmida Sake Mirai Junmai Daiginjo Nama Hashiroshi The aroma is the usual capsule type! 😉 . When you drink it, it's not as pineapple as the aroma, surprisingly calm? 😌. Hikami Junmai Hatsu Shibori-Kasumi-shu The aroma is vinegary and has a strong alcohol smell. Sweetness is stronger than expected! Banana sweetness and beautiful acidity! I don't think I can smell much of the cork smell! I don't think I can smell it 🍌. I liked it even better than the Jungin Usunigori I had 2 years ago! I feel like I could drink the sake by itself all the time! 😍

Senkin Snowman The smell of oak is much stronger than the aroma. It is sweeter than the atmosphere of the fragrance (difficult to verbalize~), and it feels dry even if it is sweet because it is gassy! It's a bit dry even though it's sweet! Nice and clean aftertaste 😗. I heard that all the sake is now made from the sake yeast from this season? but I had the impression that it was not so different from last year! 😊

Amami New Sake Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama The aroma is of the vinegared iso type 🍌. Slightly gaseous, which may be the reason for the clean impression! Toyo Bijin Jyundo Isshu Nama Both the aroma and taste are gorgeous pineapple! As every time, the pineapple taste is in full bloom in the capsule! It's a very refreshing and clean tasting sake as usual, so you can enjoy it as much as you want! And as usual, the taste is so clean and beautiful that you can drink as much as you want... Mimuro-sugi Junmai-ginjo-Yamada-nishiki - unfiltered unpasteurized ogara-mi-gara-mi-gara The aroma is vinegared iso-type. Gentle sweetness! Banana type sweetness mixed with the lightness of a ramune! (The gasiness is also pleasant!). The aftertaste is tight without being dull, and like every year, it goes on and on 😚... 😚. I drink it every year, but this year it tastes especially good😍.

Kouei Chrysanthemum Seikai The aroma is quite strong with a cemedine smell. Taste is surprisingly clean, sweet and sour! Unlike the aroma, it is light and easy to drink! Takeyu Junmai Ginjyo Nao Kumi Natsufurutsu Nama Sake The taste is as sweet and rich as the aroma! Yet it is fresh and crisp! 😍(The sweetness is fresh like muscat, but it feels thick on the palate - strange!) Maybe a bit of yogurt? I didn't smell any cemedine smell at all... easy to drink 😉.

Kikusen Ginkan Ginjo-shu The aroma is a gorgeous capsule! The taste is as sweet on the palate as the aroma, but it disappears nicely and cleanly in the middle! (Almost no alsosteic character!). This was my first drink after the label change! The price has gone up a bit, but it's still cheap at around 2,600 yen a bottle. ☺️

Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai Shu Nama 2024 Shinshu The aroma is of a vinegar-etching type with a strong alcohol smell. The palate has a strong sweetness! But it is quite fresh and refreshing - disappears from the mouth in an instant... 🤩. I think I had the same impression when I drank it 3 years ago... I will enjoy it with white fish! 🥹

Mikorosugi Junmai Unfiltered Nama Shu Orikarami The aroma is the same as the normal Hatsushibori with a hint of vinegared iso🍌. The taste is also stable and easy to drink! It has a sweet and sour taste with a depth of flavor derived from the ogara-mi. It is sweet and acidic, but also has a depth of flavor from the ogara-mi (I think). But it has a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink! I wonder if the gasiness will increase after a while? I would like to enjoy the change! #Sake #Samorosugi

Mitsumorosugi Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu ~Hatsu Shibori Moderate aroma (a hint of vinegared iso) Light and clean! Easy-drinking sweet and sour (with a bit of umami?), similar to the usual Roman series. It has a sweet and sour taste similar to the usual Roman series (with a bit of umami or depth added!). No cemedine-like aroma that is often found in nama-shu, so it goes in smoothly! 🥰 I wish I could get it in a bottle next time: ☺️

Sanomorosugi, Ogi-nomi (Ogi-nomi for sake brewing) The aroma is similar to the normal ogomomi (plus a little bit of ori smell). The taste is also beautifully sweet and acidic with the added mellowness characteristic of orikarami! 😶‍🌫️ I wonder if the aftertaste is unique to orizake? I'm not sure 😉. I've heard that if you let it sit for a while, the gassiness will become more pronounced! Looking forward to the changes 🤩.

Mikorosugi Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama-shu (Demon's Gomi) The aroma is of vinegar-iso type + a faint smell of alcohol. Gentle sweetness, beautiful acidity, and a clean taste! It's so light and easy to drink that it's hard to believe that it's alky and 15 degrees 😉. I wish I could drink Kanji limited brands this season! ☺️
