Kankoubai Junmai Ginjo Nama Slight banana aroma and alcohol smell. Mild and smooth sweetness on the palate (just like the aroma, banana🍌)! (Banana 🍌 as the aroma suggests.) The impression is that the acidity comes out rather strongly in the middle, which seems to go well with meals. 🍽️🍶 This is a top-ranked sake at this year's sake competition! I'd like to try the other specs too 🥰🥰.

Shichibonjari Junmai Daiginjo Watabune The aroma has a faint iso and yogurt smell 🍌🍦. The taste has the same yogurt-like milkiness as the aroma, with just a hint of sweetness and a strong acidity. (There may also be a slight caramelized kogei taste!). The aftertaste is quite sharp and clean! 😁. Ichioshi-shi from the liquor store! I haven't had Watanosen use sake in a long time! I've not had it in a long time 🥰.

Haneya Junmai Ginjyo Tominokou The aroma is a mixture of capsicum and vinegared etch (with a slight zing?). Gorgeous on the palate, clean and beautiful in the middle! 😌 😌 There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, so you feel satisfied that you drank something! It also has a satisfying aftertaste! ☺️ Tominoko, this was the first time I heard of this sake rice! I've never heard of it before!

Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjo Hatsushibori The aroma is a fruity mixture of pineapple and green apple! The taste is just as gorgeous and fruity as the aroma! Rounded sweetness and a hint of acidity...elegant and beautiful! I'm not sure what to make of it 🤩. Ryujin Shuzo is always ahead of the curve with their seasonal products, so I always buy their wines! I buy it every time 🥰.

Daimine: Winter's Edge Aroma is vinegar iso type & strong cage smell 😊. Sweetness is firm! The fine gasiness makes it drinkable without feeling heavy and refreshing! The aroma is like a vinegar iso type & strong smell of ori (rice cake). (Like the aroma, it has a strong koji taste, but it is easy to drink!) The price of a four-pack bottle is almost 2,700 yen, while a one-pack is less than 4,000 yen... I think buying one-pack is the right choice!

Shinsei Ten Frog It took quite a long time to open the bottle...(the longest ever?) ↑As you can see on the top, it has a solid gasiness! (Still, the sweetness and acidity are understandable! As the back label says, there is a mild and thick sweetness like honey in the aftertaste! 🍯) No weight at all, so you can drink it nice and smooth! 🥰) Thanks as always to the liquor store! 🙇

Hououmida Hatsu Shibori Junmai Ginjo-shu As soon as the bottle is opened, the aroma is gorgeous with a strong cappuccino aroma 🍍. The taste is as fruity and sweet as the aroma, with a pineapple-like fruity sweetness! 😍. The taste is still a bit stiff, as is typical of new sake, but you can sense that the season has started 🥰🥰. The first shibori is coming out so fast...I wonder when they will start making it 💦.

Ura-Gassan -Edge- Unfiltered unpasteurized sake Aroma is quite subdued. Beautiful sweetness of vinegared iso type spreading (unlike the raw one I bought last year, both aroma and taste are mild). Banana + cool rummy sweetness with a clean aftertaste... I like it! 🥰 I bought the raw last year, so this time I tried the fire-roasted! I was surprised at the totally different taste! I was surprised at how different it tasted 🔥.

Tsukiyama innovation CITRUS Aroma is of iso-vinegar type (🍌 + a hint of yogurt). Mouthfeel is rather mild! When swallowed, it has a strong citric acidity. But it is not harsh because of the overall lightness of the beer! (Very easy to drink as you don't feel any alcohol at all). I love the innovation series😍.

Tasake Junmai Ginjyo Kojono-Nishiki The aroma is a gorgeous capsicum Mouthfeel is pineapple with a little bit of acidity 🍍. (Last year, I had the impression of a strong sweetness, but this season I have the impression of acidity.) ←This atmosphere may be the reason why the sharpness feels so good - beautiful 🤩. Chiyomusubi Junmai Daiginjo Strong 50 The aroma is a beautiful vinegared iso. An easy-drinking sake that combines cleanness with the sweetness and density typical of San'in sake! (Both sweetness and acidity are just right 🥰) I purchased this sake among the various tastings I had! 👍 There were quite a lot of different rice polishing ratios, so I want to go buy some with room to spare! 🤩

Ding Natsuyu Junmai Ginjyo Oorigarami The aroma is typical of nama-shu 🤫 (with a hint of chocolate). The palate has a strong caramel-like sweetness, but then the aroma of the rice cake starts to fade away. The mouthfeel is strong and sweet like caramel, but in the middle, it is silky soft! I'm sure you'll love it! I'll buy it whenever I see it! I'll buy it whenever I see it!

Ayau Altair Aroma: Vinegar iso + vinegar ethyl alcohol (banana and cemedine). The mouthfeel is rather light and sweet (banana🍌). But the sourness and alcohol taste comes in the middle! (I've chilled it quite a bit, but it's more than I expected!) I might dare to try it at a higher temperature range. I have to see the difference! 🧐

Kamikigen Junmai Daiginjo Koiomachi The aroma is a strong yogurt smell + iso The taste is sweet and sour just like the aroma! (The acidity lingers until much later, so it doesn't seem to be overpowered by strong flavored food!) It's been four years since I've tasted it? I have not tasted Kamikigen in four years! I wonder if it's the sake quality they were aiming for, since there's a record of lactic acid type in the past notes too? 🧐

Young Musume, Moonflower Aroma: Vinegar iso + lactic acid smell (slight yogurt) Fine gasiness and surprisingly thick sweet and sour! (It's banana + yogurt just like the aroma!) It's a summer sake, but it has a strong flavor, so it would be fun to drink it on the rocks. I'm sure it would be interesting on the rocks. According to the clerk, this brand will be a national brand from now on, I'll buy it again when I see it again! 👍

Motohira yellow special Akaban Omachi 2024 The aroma is a strong vinegared ethyl smell. The mouthfeel is quite gorgeous pineapple 🍍yellow was quite 🍍yellow last year as well, and I was relieved to find it the same this year! The sweetness and richness at first and then the cleanness that quickly fades away is also a thing of beauty 🤩. This is a PB product that I always buy when I visit! Looking forward to next year😌!

Jikin Junmai Ginjyo Senbon Nishiki Hiiri The aroma is mildly capricious (maybe a little alcoholic?). The mouthfeel is quite gorgeous pineapple 🍍, and from the middle the taste is stable as usual with Jikin's typical bitterness (no expressive power at all)! 😍 I wonder what is the bitterness in the aftertaste that is unique to Jikin...? I'd like to know more 🧐.
