On New Year's Eve 2025, I drank with Shinshu Kamerei, a local Kantake from Saku City, Nagano Prefecture!
It was dry but easy to drink and refreshing!

I am a beginner who started getting into sake this year, and through sake I was also able to rediscover the charm of my hometown, Nagano Prefecture 😆.
I hope to continue my sake drinking throughout Japan next year 🍶.
