Yukikomachi
Ginjo aroma. Watery on the palate.
It is neither dry nor sweet, but neutral.
The acidity spreads and disappears clearly.
Easy to drink.
Sake given to me as a souvenir.
I sipped it while dissolving it.
It tasted nothing, or rather it was thin, like water.
Or, to put it better, it's not so strong.
It was a little unsatisfying.
Aromatic and sweet sake flavor. Not too sweet, easy to drink and delicious. Not too sweet, not too spicy, and a little heavy. It is my favorite sake.
My husband finally started drinking non-alcoholic sake, so he drinks it with my daughter σ ^_^;.
Perhaps because I quite liked Miharukoma, which I drank just before, I felt that Yukikomachi was habitual. However, I liked the fact that it was dry and refreshing.
