Last week, I went to greet the New Year. I went to Mr. Ohbuchi to get some sake 🍶. The moment my eyes met this sake I thought "This is it~‼️" and got it. The boss told me it was a gentle sake... It is indeed a gentle and beautiful sake 🍶. For the internal organs that have been working at full capacity during the year-end and New Year's holidays Gentle sake 🍶 delicious 😋.

My brother taught me about this drink 🍶 15 years ago. One word to describe it: ultra violent🥊💨. I can't say it enough 🤣 it's 19 degrees. I haven't had it for a while because I haven't been back to Yamagata at all. I haven't had it for a while. I happened to find it at an antenna store in Ginza. I found it at an antenna shop in Ginza and realized I had it in my backpack 🤣. When I drank it in the countryside, I was impressed by the ultra-fine bubbles that I love. I was impressed by the ultra-fine sparkling flavor I loved when I drank it in the countryside, but this time it was not there... But the ultra-violent drinking is still there 💪. I think I'm probably going to get taken down today I think I lost by KO... But... it's delicious 👍

I love drinking Sagaminada nigori. It was gone in a second. I went to my usual Mr. Ohbuchi to get another bottle. One more bottle of something... oh wow... The sake you posted on your instagram... I drank it... First the top clear... hot... sourness from behind... Maze maze... hot... sourness... Once again ‼️... suddenly light sweetness... then Soooo... light ‼️... delicious 😋

Last week at Yamazaki Shop Usami in Kitaibaraki This year I got four of them. Every year, I receive four bottles of sake from Usami-san while visiting the graves. I have been receiving this sake from Usami-san while visiting the graves. This year's results were... First the supernatant... No shots, a marriage of spiciness and acidity Mazemaze... explosion in the middle 🤣. Nice fizziness, good acidity and play in the mouth Moromi feeling...this year again did not betray my expectations! A very beautiful sake 🍶. There was a lot going on...let's get drunk and forget about it (lol)

After a night shift, two days late, I dashed to I went to Ohbuchi Sake Shop. I received the new Sagaminada sake I was looking for. The opening ceremony: ‼️ First, the supernatant... A little bit of spiciness and acidity followed. The lees are mazemaze... The super fine sparkle that I love so much is still there 💪... It's too good as always every year 🍶.

I've been waiting for you 💪. Thank you President Ohbuchi 😭 I've loved Oshinshu for a long time. I've always loved Daishinshu, but it's potential around the fall is just too high The potential of the autumnal flavor is just too much... From the first sip, all the pores in my head are open 🤣. Super, super micro blast....you can't even tell... I want to have another one but... I'd love to have another but... I don't think they have any more... Really bombastic taste ‼️

Year off for various reasons😅 I went to Ohbuchi-san in Hashimoto... I met the president for the first time in a really long time... Of course I bought his favorite sake 🍶‼️ Oh, he's so kind! Great food sake 🍶! Great sake that doesn't let anything get in the way 🍶! Sweetness, bitterness, spiciness and acidity well balanced without insisting on it. But delicious 😋. Theater by Emon Kawatani of Gesu no Kiwami Otto I went to Mitsukoshimae to see the play "A Peculiar Person..." by Emon Kawatani of Gesu no Kyokkoku Otto. Mitsukoshimae is the place of memories where the underground walkway was constructed. And a sake lover's wonderland Hasegawa Sake Shop was there. We had some time to kill before the show started, so we grabbed some sake... My wife said it must be good... The last bottle... we didn't have much time left before the show... If I hadn't headed there after the show, I wouldn't have had a chance. I headed over there... and there it was! Let's see what it's like... I thought it would be ‼️ mellow ❗️ spicy The gentle sweetness disappears without a hitch A delicious sake 🍶 that doesn't interfere with the food. It was great 😀.

I drank Kaze no Mori for the first time in a year 🍶. I love sakes with low milled rice such as 80% milling ratio and 75% milling ratio. I got my long-awaited allowance. I went straight to Ohbuchi Sake Shop 💨. The last time I went to buy sake I was determined to buy the sake 🍶 next time. President Ohbuchi told me it's a very healthy sake. Be careful when you open it: ❗️ Also, the stopper is made of resin, so it's weak. When you put it in the fridge, wrap a towel around it and secure it with a rubber band. Please wrap a towel around the stopper and secure it with a rubber band when you put it in the fridge......is this for real❓ Well then... 🤩‼️ it's so good 😋! I love the super fizzy ‼️ with just the right amount of sweetness! The gentle shwash... It made my mouth feel good! It made my mouth feel good☺️ This may be the best sake of the year 🍶. When I looked at the bottle, the cork was rising fast: ☝️ 😱Seriously, boss~‼️ I wrapped a towel around it tightly and put it in the fridge with a rubber band. This sake is made from Yamadanishiki produced in Sagamihara. We also had the unfiltered version, but this one was fire-brewed. I had an image of Yamada-Nishiki as being sweet, but the flavor was mellow and full-bodied. Gokuri, mmmm, kuuhhh, kahhh! It's like this (laugh). Sorry for the way I express myself as an O-type person.

I went to Ohbuchi Sake Shop in Nishi-Hashimoto I got it from Ohbuchi Sake Brewery in Nishi-Hashimoto. I'm so happy to drink Sagaminada's dry sake without filtration! I'm so happy to be able to drink it unfiltered and unpasteurized. ☺️ Well... let's start with the supernatant first... Mmmm... delicious... It's very dry, but not too dry... but not too spicy, with a tingling and slightly fizzy sensation. Very tasty sake 🍶👍
