Yoshimura Sake Brewery in Tsuruma is our summer beer server. They have a great lineup of sake 👏I visited several times and told them I love the slightly gaseous taste and they recommended Mikotsuru which I was curious about so I tried it today 🙌Open the bottle and hit the button: ‼️ It is indeed a very slightly sparkling sake that I love ❤️ with a delicious soft sweetness 🍶 but... the sweetness doesn't cut it.... But...it's not for all time drinking...well, we have a lot of different sakes coming to our house now, so it's in the rotation 🙌

The other day I went to Atami to watch fireworks. I went to Atami the other day to see the fireworks. I bought some! To be honest, I bought it at an Aeon store I had underestimated it, but.... It's autumn sake season again 🙌 Every year we always drink Sagaminada's Autumn Sake, but last year it joined our ranks 🙌! This is the Autumn Jungin from Daishinshu👍! Last year it had a super ultra-fine bubbly taste that was very noticeable the first time it hit the bottle, but this year it didn't have that, and there was a hint of gentle sweetness in the guttural sake taste 😋. This year was great too 👏.

It's here again this year! The season of autumn age and hiyaoroshi (grated sake) is here: ‼️ Naturally, I had the Sagaminada Autumn Agari🍂 at ‼️ This sake is a blend of Junmai Daiginjo and Special Honjozo. This sake is a blend of Junmai Daiginjo and Special Honjozo. Sagaminada's brewery is really good. Sagaminada's brewery is really handmade. The quality of the sake is a result of their hard work.... It is a wonderful brewery. Basically, it's very tasty. However, there are some years when the autumn harvest is to my liking and some years when it is not to my liking. and there are times when it's not my favorite year. It's a very difficult thing to do, but this year is also a great year. Excellent workmanship👍! The sweetness is followed by the spiciness. The spiciness comes out and disappears quickly leaving only the umami on the palate. Excellent 👍👍👍👍! This year was also very delicious 🙌

It was served unfiltered raw in early spring. But I'm too addicted to Taishinshu... Last year, it was around this time of the year... Last year, it was so good that we had four bottles of it. The boss said... this one is fire-aged, so it's not sparkling. It's not fizzy, but it's okay. Well, well, well... oh, it's just as good as last year's. It's like it doesn't have the sparkle of last year's flavor. It's a nice sake with a nice mouthfeel 🙌 Last year's bubbly sake. Take it to camp ⛺️ This sake is great even when naturally heated👍! I was really thinking of buying a hand full. I went to Mr. Ohbuchi, who has always been so kind to me... The moment I saw the refrigerator... my hands were 🖐️ I have a hand full... a hand full... I don't know why I'm feeling so aggressive this time... I have to do it without being seen... I felt like I had to do it without being seen... And then I realized it was in my hands... lol I waited a little over 2 weeks... (because I was getting a different sake and I really didn't want to treat Daishinshu as an izakaya drink) Oh my gosh, it's the best ‼️👍 The potential of Daishinshu is so high ‼️ Sagaminada and Daishinshu are too good in my opinion‼️ It's delicious 😋 That's all I have to say 🙏.

Here we come again this year 🙌 Sagamihara✖️Yamada Nishiki‼️🙌 From President Ohbuchi... Spicy 😵 and... This year it's alky and spicy... I'm going to let it sit for a while with some air in it. Sagaminada brewed by Kubota Shuzo ❗️ He taught me about this Sagaminada 15 years ago. Ohbuchi Sake Shop in Sagamihara Hashimoto ❗️ I can't thank them enough. First the supernatant...hmmm...spicy❗️ but clear❗️ Maze maze...ah, exquisite flavor is added❗️ Super exquisite and super fine bubbles in the mouth 👄. Still wonderful👍 I was very impressed!
