Happy New Year everyone!
I hope to drink a lot this year.
This is my first post for the year 2026. This is my 401st bottle in total.
It is a dry, sharp, food sake type to be paired with osechi, and I chose aluzoe to suit my father-in-law's and wife's tastes.
The aroma is a gentle ginjo aroma.
Mild on the palate
Slightly umami on the inside
The aftertaste is quite dry and sharp
It was delicious and pleased me. Good 👍
This year I want to be able to make a choice considering the food and people to match it with✌.
