The first part of the bottle is refreshing, but as you drink it, it becomes richer and richer.
The gas feeling when the bottle is opened is so strong that you feel like you are drinking something else before you know it!
The sweet and sour taste spreads in the mouth and the aroma of so-called "Yamahai" (mountain haku) passes through the nose.
It has a sweetness, but the inside of the mouth is clean, and yet it is full-bodied, which is a strange sensation.
It is a completely different vector from the sake I have had recently.
Rich but gentle flavor.
The peachy aroma is pleasant and sharp, quite to my liking.
I finally found the first shibori... I was in a hurry because I couldn't find it anywhere...
One of my favorite Nama Sake, very fresh, crisp, and refreshing!
The aroma is strong and fruity, almost citrusy.
Because it is light, it is easy to drink.
Strong aroma and dry taste
It has a nice gassy feeling, perhaps because it's a fresh sake.
As you can see in the introduction, it tastes similar to Ihyakumangoku, which is another brand of sake.
However, I personally regret that there is no lingering feeling of richness or lightness.
My first nigori sake.
The one I was expecting was a bit sweet, but this one is nice and smooth, with a dry, light, slightly gassy taste.
It has a nice aroma and is easy to drink, but be careful, as it has a higher alcohol content than other nigorizake.
Refreshingly dry, with a gorgeous fruity aroma.
Because it is a daiginjo, it has no cloying taste and is very refreshing, so you can drink it in spurts.
Spicy, but refreshing! A bottle that is spicy but refreshing!
It is a daiginjo with a gaseous taste that is typical of Nabeshima and retains its umami, which I personally found to be a good thing.
If there is a special junmai of Kitashizuku, I would like to try it!
Perhaps because it is made from Gohyakumangoku, it is drier than Yamadanishiki and Akaban Omachi, and has a firm sharpness.
It is easy to drink with umami, and I personally like it because of its rice flavor.
It has a white peach-like flavor, with a hint of bitterness? It is rich and has a good flavor.
It's not sweet, but it has a sweet finish.
Not sweet, but it has a sweet aftertaste.
The taste is clean, with a subtle sweetness and a good balance of acidity.
Personally, I don't like sake with acidity, but this one is good.
I prefer Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki for its sharpness, but this is also one of my favorites!
