This doburoku is made to order. I pre-ordered it at the end of August through a guide from my favorite liquor store, and it has arrived. It's my first doburoku! The sweet and sour Awaraku in the photo expresses it all. It tastes like sweet sake with the texture of petite rice and the sizzling cider-like carbonation you feel when you crush it, making it a refreshing, mouth-watering drink. It's adjusted to 5% alc:5% and goes down swiftly. It's no longer a dessert!

The brewer recommended this one, They recommended this one. 🌸 Junmai Ginjo Minnezakura Unfiltered Nama Zume Genshu 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Chonan-cho, Chiba Prefecture Yeast: K1401 Alcohol content: 17%. The cherry blossoms in Nomine Park in Chonan-cho were used for the name and label. The aroma is full and slightly melon-like. The mouthfeel is slightly sharp, with a balanced mid-palate that is more umami, The aftertaste is mainly dry and slightly astringent, with a lingering impression. 🏕️ With seafood BBQ at a glamping event... The sake that Rafa ordered. I exchanged it for the sake I ordered and drank some. The rice is said to be modified Nobukou. Unlike the straight kumi-style sake, it is calm and has a mild sweetness. It is more like a classic sake. The official website says it is about -7, so I think it is more on the sweet side. If you think of it as the standard sake of the brewery, it is quite high. It seems that Rafa has a connection with Satte City, where Toyoake's brewery is located, and I thought such an episode was interesting.

When I tasted it last week at Koedo Kurasato in Kawagoe, I felt its obvious individuality and immediately bought a 4-goupe bottle because I wanted to drink it at home. It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!
