I bought this sake to try a different type of sake. It is a kijoshu type sake made with sake. It has a sweet taste, but not too sweet, and goes well with meals and salty rice crackers. It is amazing that the flavor is retained even after the bottle has been opened.
Although it is a kijo sake, the price is not that expensive.

I have been curious about mellow for a long time.
Finally, I got it.
I also got a bottle of Tenmei Kijoshu to compare.
It is not so sweet that it is undrinkable, as is often the case with kijoshu, and it is easy to sip.
Compared to Tenmei, it has a stronger alcohol taste, and it comes down the back of the throat with a sharp kick.
